Failed to install service twice On Jan I set up an appt time for Jan btwn 5-7pmNo technician showed upSo I called customer service they said they were told the tech was with me and I rescheduled for Jan Which was a lie So I talked to a supervisor who gave me an all day appt on Jan I waited all day, called every two hours to make sure the same thing wouldn't happen again I then get a phone call from the tech at 827pm stating he can't make it I immediately call customer service again, which I am now rescheduled for the third time Installation fee was waive but doesn't seem sufficient enough for a new customer and inconvenience times

They brag about great customer service and when I call on an issue, I end up on hold for atleast minutes After waiting on hold I end up talking to someone in Utah, who has no idea of the issues in my area areI also have to call from time to time to have my bill adjusted because they are charging me for things they shouldn't be charging me forI also don't understand how they can charge me a franchise fee twice on one bill in two different placesThis seems criminalPlease let me know if I should file a class action lawsuit for these shade business practices

The company has been over charging me for an internet modem for since and will only reimburse me for months I noticed a modem charge on my recent cable billI do not have a wow modem, I have my own which I boughtThis charge should not be on my bill and it was clear at the time of installation Looking back in my files it appears that WOW cable has been over charging me for this fee since Today I contacted with the companyTheir representative [redacted] acknowledged that they have been over charging me for a modem since He would not refund this amount howeverAnd would only offer months worth of charges backThis is obviously unacceptable I then asked to speak with a supervisor [redacted] who also refused to make the full repaymentHe claimed their policy was to only provide months of restitution After explaining that this was unacceptable to me, he said would escalate my complaint to the the "IT Billing Department"They provide

When signing up for Wow we signed a year contract, now were moving & they can't service our new addressThey now want to charge us $300+ for moving Wow said that they can't service any address on Columbus Ohio but we are moving to a Columbus Ohio Address & now they want to say that they can't service the address & that's a breach of contract so now we owe $300+ to them because they can't provide us the service we signed up for Account number-

We've had WOW internet service at home for a couple of months, and it's worked well from day oneI was put in touch personally with a representative who I could easily reach by phone, who helped answer all of my questions in the process of getting us connectedWe made the switch from *** to WOW, and it's been great so farI'd highly recommend anyone give their service a shot!

We are having service issues talked via email to director of operations and to someone he set us up withThey set up service never showed or returned calls to usWhen we called about our bill a twenty five dollar credit was all we got and no one has actually fixed our serviceI have tried to email and gotten no place with them yet were forced pay service

Our internet and phone service has been going out and they wont fix it
Ever since WOW has taken over Knology and the "upgrades" have been occurring, our service has begun having interruptions We have had techs scheduled to come and fix the problem, but they did not show and lied saying they did When a tech did show, the problem was fixed for a day We are currently without phone and home internet When I explained that this has been an ongoing problem, and minutes of waiting for a solution that was not happening, I asked to speak to a manager Manager *** explained that he was sorry I had work to do, but that we had residential service and not business service and there was nothing they could do until next week I explained that my "work" was not business and that I depended on my service for business regarding my kids He said there was nothing they could do until next week I asked to speak with his manager to get my problem corrected finally and he told me there was

In early July 2016, I called WoW because their internet service was not working appropriately (low speeds compared to the advertised product I was paying for) I called the issue in and WOW told me that I needed to have someone visit the house The technician came to the house on July 9th and left At no point did WOW disclose charges to me Later they charged me $for the visit (billed to me on 7/27)

Video issues weekly
I've had to call this company every week for the past month in a half about their video issues and every time I call it's never resovable over the phone so they have to send a tech out witch could take up to a week for him or her to come and then I have to take off work or schedule around their schedule and wait for them ...I am not happy with their service its very inconvenient to have to take off work I pay my bill monthly and to have to keep calling is a hassle just to watch t.v .the last rep that I spoke to put me over the edge he did not seem concern or even try to put his self in the consumer shoe no one should have to pay for a service that's is not working correctly....Evrntually I'm gonna lose my job having to take off and sit and wait for a tech to come and diagnose the issues this is very disturbing and unfair to a paying customer
