These guys at Dry Force have terrible customer service skills, and even worse communication skills--with their office and with the customerWhen youi call their office, the office does not notify them of the call They blindly march on, searching for billing On 12-21-I had a water supply line from the wall to the refrigerator burstPlus a supply line inside the refrigerator burstWhich I called ARS Rescue Rooter, and Texas Appliance masters They callled Dry force, to come out and look at the damage to the floor I opened a claim with Allstate Dry force stated they woiuld be out on the morning of 12/22/I waited all day----no call, no Dry Force at 6:pm , Dry force showed up at my home, ready to pack up everything in the kitchen, and replace the floors ( which is about a 6-houir job.)--this was the night before Christmas Eve, and having not heard from them all day, I was out They insisted that the fact that they were at my house and I was not present was "my problem", and intimated that I shouild return to the house Really? Really? No sign-off from the insurance adjustor, no flooring samples, nothing These guys are horrible

Everything was greatThe only thing I wasn't happy about is the damage to our moldingNot sure why they had to affix the wifi transponder to the molding and not have it on the counterNow we are left with ugly holes in our moldingThey also drilled multiple 1/2" holes on the floorboard of our cabinetWe are left with the responsibility to repair all of thisWasn't looking for additional work

The gentlemen that performed our water mitigation services were very courteous and helpful The removal of the equipment was done in the evening because of emergency services that had come up for Dry Force, but they still kept their commitment and made it to our house at 8:PM All went very well

It has been over year since we used their service While the drying part of the service was performed great, the restoration side did not go well We had a handyman working on the restoration who was slow but was performing quality work Dry Force decided he wasn't working quickly enough and terminated him from the job and brought in other people The quality of the work declined, was not finished completely and items turned up missing from my home I wanted them out of my house as quickly as possible after about weeks of work When you do file a complaint with them they show up with a slew of people and can be overwhelming to even address issues

The staff and service personnel were ALL very professional and client-orientedThey worked early and late hours to see that all was right and acceptableTHANK YOU, Vladimir and Jeff and David and All office staff! I woke up to water pouring from ceiling from hot water tank burstingI immediately called plumber but dry force was next callThey came later that evening to install dryers and informed me of process over next few daysI would recommend Dry Force to friends and family! This was our first experience with Dry Force and it was positive. We had an emergency leak with our hot water heater and Vance Wadley from Dry Force was helpful getting work started until the plumber arrived. He clearly explained the process, moved furniture, etc. and setup their equipment to begin restoration of the effected areas. Juan Sanchez, also with Dry Force, returned to ensure all effected areas were completely dried and removed their equipment. He rearranged appliances and furniture back in place. Both men were professional, courteous and careful with our things. They helped make a bad situation better. Office staff were also friendly and informative.
