They were efficient, professional, and well informed about the entire process from cleanup to repair to insurance claims. Made a negative experience much easier to handle.

DryForce came to me thru Berkeys Plumbing. From the time the first two men came it was apparent they knew exactly how to handle my problem. They explained what needed to be done and even helped by contacting my insurance compqny to get a claim started. They are going to help with new carpeting, painting, etc. until my room has been completely restored.
Being a senior citizen, having a company to help with everything that needed to be done is a tremendous help.
I can't say enough about every person who came to my home - they were completely competent, had good work ethics, and they were all very nice young men. The people in the office likewise were very helpful and nice.

Quick response for the drying process, although it took a week to dry out. Not their fault. The reconstruction took longer than expected, but almost everyone we dealt with was great. The floor crew was quick and did a beautiful job. The construction crew that finished up after the floor crew was also great. Our project manager Adam was very attentive and gave great service.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. I hope we never need them again for a water leak but if we do we won't hesitate to call them.

I had a very good experience with dry force they came out right away once I called they assessed where the water damage was and they set up fans . They called daily with a status update so I would know how much longer it was going to be. When they came to pick up the equipment they weren't here very long at all
