Despite when I initially attempted contact about my faulty product, you should, as a company, have more than days worth of confidence in your productAlso I inquired about protecting the consumer about deceptive advertising by deleting and blocking those who post honest comments about their product to inform people before purchasingAs a company who sells solely online comments on their Facebook account are the only way of knowing how a product is and by deleting them they aren't acting ethically and for that I demand a refund for my product as well as the termination of deleting honest comments on their weddings/ Facebook posts

Response:I did not have a way to contact them while out of the country My phone battery died, due to the broken case I purchased from them However I did contact them as soon as I returned The part on my case that broken is on the picture where it says month warranty Again, I did nothing it just fell apart

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The company were late in supplying my phone case because of "unprecedented demand" from their Facebook advertising campaign They know full well where I am; they posted it to me, and you can bet they've analysed where their orders came from in assessing return on their advertising costs As for day warranty, what they give is irrelevant when they've admitted they have changed the design and supplier because of issues If they don't want to refund me then that's their call and they will have an unresolved Revdex.com case against them as I will not accept their decision for anything less than a refund They had "unprecented success" from their advertising campaignOne article states "In a month, the video got more than million views, and two weeks after that, it hit millionSales skyrocketed, and the WUDN brand itself received trickle-down success as its community of customers grew."For me I've spent a lot of moneyFor the sake of $35, which is what they wanted me to pay on top of the $100+ I'd already paid, they could have made me very happyThey've chosen not to.I won't be closing my complaint as satisfactorily resolved unless they refund the full amount I paidThey have missed the chance to replace the items by playing hardball.
