was told that it was cost me $to recover my carIt was the Northglenn Police Department who informed me that this was an illegal tow.Our drivers are required to call in the vehicles to the local police department to verify that they are not stolenIf they have been reported stolen, we are required to drop the vehicle and wait for the police to come pick it up on locationIf you could provide more details about this case (where it was towed, vehicle information, etc) we can further investigate this matter

The vehicle was towed from the apartment because it had was parked in an handicapped space without the required permitWe have been asked to tow vehicles without a permit from handicap spaces and this is clearly a handicap spaceWith respect to Mr***'s allegations that someone at Wyatts stole his credit card information, we would note that this would be very difficult given our processesIn clear view of the customer, we swipe the card in a terminal that is completely independent from our software systemsWe do not record the credit card information anywhere either electronically or in hard copyWithout the physical card, we are not sure how one could use the number to purchase items at gas stations/convenience stores nearbyWe take these allegations very seriously and if we believed that an employee did what he alleges, we would terminate them immediately
As a company we take pride in following the laws, regulations, and policies that apply to our businessWhile it is unfortunate that you do not believe this case we will be taking no further action in this matter
