Review: I was suspended on my xbox live account...this is my first offense ever...I been with xbox live for over 3 years and never got into any trouble.I was suspended for 15 days on my first offense...I think im being treated unfairly. It has been a week so far. I tried to call them to see if I could get unsuspended and this is unfair for this long

Review: I played good until its as if a crowd is like monitors, and uses like developer limits and alters the character.(beta) I'm not a game but spent to much, going on three months.(3)Desired Settlement: $1000 for the system(ELITE CONSOLE), a controller(LUNAR WHITE), Energizer charge system, 2TB extended memory drive, over a TB in games and two CD games I own, 23 month's of xboxlive remaining, and a $1000 for taking the fun. out the game .

Review: I pay my subscription to xbox live every year. This is the second time that xbox suspended my xbox live communications account. I do not talk vulgar, I play the game. I am a good player which I am sure causes people to report me. Now that does not make it just to suspend my xbox live account, especially when I am paying for these services. This is the second time and I am not happy.Desired Settlement: I expect Xbox to turn my communications back on and I want to be credited for this suspension. There is no proof of any wrong doing on my part and I am not satisfied at all!

Review: I called Xbox live to remove a monthly substribution from my bankinig instution almost 2 months ago. I called back again today after I noticed that they again took the funds out of my account. They were able to pull up my account with my credit card and verified that they indeed had been using it for billing but was not able to validate my information to give a refund due to the number that was on file is no longer in use and could not receive the text message that they sent out. They also stated that the email that was used could not be verified. With this they would not be able to send me a refund. I again stressed to them that they had previously stated they were going to stop payment in which they had not and I would like my refund back. They stated they could not help me but again would remove the card again.Desired Settlement: I would like to get back my two months of billing of $9.99 back from the company because of non use and previous request to remove.

Review: I have been a Xbox live consumer for about ten years, I am now 28, married and have 3 small children. I specifically bought an xbox one for my families enjoyment. I rarely have time to play except late at night and over the weekend. My console was banned and gamertag was suspended for no apparent reason. The reason it stated was for solicitation and phishing other gamers information, which is absolutely ridiculous, I simplt do not have time to do what I was accused of plus I do not even use the headset, nor do I have the Kinect. The Xbox customer service has given me the run around, no one will assist or take my issue seriously. I submitted a case review over two weeks ago and it is still being reviewed. I will no longer be supporting Microsoft products after the way they treat loyal customers.Desired Settlement: If Microsoft wants me to buy another system, they can replace the one they wrongfully banned. The desired outcome I would like is an solution, either unbanned my console or re-place it.

Review: I have purchased a 5 gamer tags and Xbox live has taken away the gamer tags forcing me to purchase another one at my expense. Costing me a total of $50. There was no explanation sent via email. My last gamer tag was [redacted]. Pronounced and spelled as [redacted]. My profile clearly states "[redacted]." I have hundreds friends online whom know me by this title......There is nothing offensive about my gamer tag. I have not be profane or offensive in game. Clearly I am being harassed and forced to pay.Desired Settlement: A full refund of all monies spent on gamer tags or reinstatement of my last gamer tag. An investigation into why I am being harassed and to stop the harassment.

Review: On 03/**/15 I was charged 59.99 for xbox live membership. I called ###-###-#### to tell them that I had not made that purchase and it was fraud. I spoke with Matthew, who had informed me that he would remove my card and refund me the money and it would take 3 days. Days went by and I went to the bank to dispute my claim. They had given my provisional credit on 03/**/15. On 06/**/15 I had received a notice that the 59.99 will be coming back out of my account because they are reversing the provisional credit. I called the bank who informed me that after much research, XBOX had verified that it was my purchase. I do not have a XBOX, so it was not my purchase. I spoke today, 07/**/15 with two representatives named Jim and Casey. They had informed me that they see it was fraud but it is after 30 days and can no longer refund me. The communication and customer service is terrible. Jim let me know that this refund should have been handled in March. Instead, it is 4 months later and I am still trying to get my money back.Desired Settlement: I would love to be refunded the 59.99.
