All along, we told the customer that he can get his refund if he doesn’t want to waitHe insisted he still want the vehicle and he will waitThen he came to the dealership and wants to see the vehicle, we told him that it’s still at the shop and the shop won’t allow retail customer in their shop due to safety issuesWe told him again that we can refund his $if he does not want to wait, he said he still want the vehicle and will waitThen a few hours later, he called and want to have the $refunded and we told him that was fineWe had to wait for a manager that has access code to do the refundThen therefund was issued and the next day he called and asks how come the fund is not in his accountWe told him we don’t control the credit card processing company and however long it take to credit it back to his account, it’s out of our controlI’m sure he got his refund back by now, if he didn’t, I will be more than happy to call the credit card processing company

We bought this vehicle from a wholesaler. The wholesaler bought this vehicle from another dealer to sell to us. When they did the paperwork for the trade-in, they did the lost title application and release of interest because the customer did not have a physical title on hand. As we found out after...

the fact that the title is from New York so you can not do lost title application in the state of Washington. The other dealership had to ordered a duplicate title from New York and that cause the delay. Once the title got here, we find out that the customer moved from [redacted] to [redacted] so we sent everthing to [redacted] to have it transfer to customer name. [redacted] DOL sent all the paperworks back to us because they can only tranferred the title if the title is under our name. We went and had the title transfer to our name. As you can see from the attachment, we transferred it to Xcite Motors. We are just waiting for the state to send us the physical title and we will send it back to [redacted] to get it transfer to customer name. We tried to have tried to have the title expedite service but the state of Washington no long have this service available. We are in touch with the customer and updating them. As soon as we get the title from the state, we will overnight it to [redacted]. We are at their mercy on how fast they can sent it out. Now it is just a waiting game.
Thanks

We bought this vehicle from a wholesaler which bought the vehicle from a franchise dealership. The Franchise dealership did the paperworks wrong so it took them a while to get the paperworks corrected. As soon as it was corrected. We forwarded the paperworks to a DVM closed to the customer to be transferred into their name. We compensated the customer by paying for the sales tax that they had to pay to get the registration transferred into their name. We did our best under the circumstances we were not able to control.
