Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
First of all, Xerox State and Local Solutions, Inc. received my letter requesting validation on May 16, 2014.  I never received a response.  According to FDCPA, a debt collector MUST cease collection activity until account in question has been verified.  Keep in mind that credit bureau reporting is collection activity.  As it stands Xerox State and Local Solutions, Inc.  is in direct violation of the FDCPA.  At this point, I am making every effort to keep this matter out of a courtroom before a jury in my community.  I would rather Xerox State and Local Solutions, Inc. do the right thing and delete this tradeline which is now reporting illegally.
Regards,

I feel the same way as the other review, this is my child support card and I need to dispute a transaction, could not get a person to speak with there is 0 customer service! This company needs shut down!!! I have complained to my congressman and to my state child support office...this way of treating people is unacceptable, the website is not any better! Nowhere on website can I update account info...my phone # has changed since 2009. I want to speak with a real person! Ridiculous company!

We believe this is a misidentification of companies. our corporation provides business services to governmental agencies, we do not have any video game offerings and the person's name indicated on who the agreement was with does not work for our corporation. please have the complainant...

verify the company and resubmit the complaint to the Revdex.com with the correct legal entity
