the second complaint of [redacted] of Texas and have the following information to report.

The complainant was contacted by XSLS via mail to their registered department of motor vehicle address regarding red light traffic violations issued by the City of Dallas, Texas on multiple occasions for multiple citations.  Mr. [redacted] is considered liable by the City for the red light violations.  Our records show that Mr. [redacted] has not made payments on these citations all of which are more than a year past due.  A validation letter is being sent to Mr. [redacted] to inform him again of the outstanding red light citations and any remaining penalties imposed by the City of Dallas.
