Let's get one thing straight, I AM NOT NOR HAVE I EVER BEEN A CUSTOMER OF CCB.COM CCB.com charged to my account without my knowledge or authorization for some dating service and not even in my name Why are they even Revdex.com certified when they are billing out of SwitzerlandThey charged me not once but twice for 39.99/then tell me I have to wait 7-business days to get my money back on my card which by the way my bank cut up because of fraud on my accountThey have their hands in many services and don't bother to verify before charging peopleTotal scam !

This company said they are out of Arizona , but really bill out of EuropeI don't know how they are Revdex.com certified They scammed me out of and now are saying 7-business days to get my money back on my cardThey piggy back off many services to their siteTotal scam !

Very rude customer service agentWhen asked to speak to a supervisor, and while on hold, the agent cancelled my account(s) and blocked my future access

This particular website charged me an unauthorized amount of $from my checking account between June 2015-October When I called Customer Service, they verified that an individual had been using my account to pay for "adult entertainment services" associated with an email address unknown to meHowever, the company representative told me that they would not issue a reimbursement since I was calling several months after the charges appeared stating "our system will not let us override a charge that far back." Between these months, the company charged me $directly from my checking account and is now citing technical inability to reimburse the money to me

I used their service through another company to handle the charge of the services they provided The company didn't provide any service so I called CCBill to have the charges reversed and I got horrible customer service, a lot of double talk and finally a manager that was foreign speaking and no help at all The service they provide borders on fraudulent I have reported them as such with my bank and would advice people to not use their service

Signed up for an account with CCBill on 13th July 2017, CCBill did a thorough review of our site and what we were selling and approved payment processing on both of our websites
At the beginning of August around weeks after our account was approved we were using a HTML site to generate leads and pass them through to the payment gateway site that had already been approvedAt the time CCBill were aware of the HTML static site and informed us they were aware however it was NOT a breach in their AUP - We have email evidence of this and as CCBill informed us there was no breach and they are happy we began to increase our ad spend to generate more sales and leads
Fast forward months to October and because our sales increased CCBill throughout the entire month have been trying to find problems and issues so they can hold our fundsInitially they were asking for tracking numbers for all orders and screenshots of all dispatch numbers trying to look for any reason to try and steal

Registered on a site which used this company for billingI quickly discovered the website was misleading with its content which was very outdatedI quickly cancelled my subscription and contacted CCBill via their chat optionI politely asked for a refund and explained myselfThe representative asked me for my billing information which I gave them and was quickly told all sales are finalNowhere on the registration page displayed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" I believe if you are a company that deals in billing you should be responsible for refunding unhappy customers and if you aren't willing to do that you should, at BARE MINIMUM, mention this fact before accepting people moneyI am EXTREMELY unsatisfied with CCBills services and would urge anyone who comes across them to steer clear

I am extremely unhappy with this company and I had horrible experienceI purchased license from this company but never got the link to download or license key for itI called them and they said we don't know why it doesn't work and need to escalate and takes hours to respondI told them to cancel my order since you neither can give me key nor have any idea how to give itCustomer service said this is not our policy and I have only follow the policy Stay away from this company, Their policy is take your money, don't send you the product and don't even allow you to cancel it

This company processes credit card transactions for a host of online/phone scammers A charge from *** and then a charge from CCBill on my brother's credit card bill from September 9, *** calls and says they are associated with *** and that there is a virus on your computer, they say they can get rid of the virus all for US, then they process your credit card through CCBill, who then charges a hefty fee for the transactionThey should be reported to the authorities

I attempted to use a site, but the site didn’t work so I wanted my money backI used an I’m chat with a rep from cc bill and she just said I was lying and that I couldn’t get my money back
All I want is my $from the bogus site that I tried to use
