We were lucky to have found Xpress Moving VanLines, We had several pieces that had to be moved to different locations after we sold themXpress Moving VanLines delivered them all for a great price with not damage whatsoeverWe will definitely be using that again as antique moversThey gave us the best refs so we chose them, It was definitely the right choiceWe were very happy with them and will recommend them to anyone who needs cheap movers that are reliable

I have not contacted the above enterprise since the time I filed my complaint thru Revdex.com
in early June I have suffered anxiety from my losses and the absence of company's response I have read feedback (*** site) from customers who shared horrible experiences from Xpress Last week, one of them has communicated to me and asked what was the status of my complaint I informed her that I have sent my complaint thru Revdex.com and the case is pending
I believe this business entity (Xpress Moving) should be given a stern warning by the government authority to protect the public It's scandalous that Xpress Moving is allowed to continue doing business and destroying or losing people's property Worse part is they ignore my complaint even if our transaction was supposedly covered by their insurance.

Someone named "Robert" from the main headquarters contacted me on July [redacted] to find out which of their moving companies moved us so that they could send out the right claim form.  However, we already completed a claim form directly sent to us by Xpress Vanlines, and we haven't heard anything in relation to it.

The whole experience was great and the guys were truly a pleasure to have around during this stressful time in our lives.

Review: I hired this moving company to complete my move on June [redacted]. They were supposed to arrive between 1-3pm. They arrived at 4:30pm (with no communication to me). I had to keep calling to find out where the movers were and continually go the run around from [redacted], who told me not to mention the lateness to movers when they arrived because they would get upset and not do the move (a threat). When they finally arrived, the foreman, [redacted], was very hostile, disrespectful to me, my sister and niece. I was only trying to tell them that I had a deadline by which I needed to arrive at my new location. He kept telling me to cancel the move if I was not happy. Unfortunately, I could not do so as I needed to be out of the apartment that day. They knew that when I hired them. The two workers the foreman brought with him were only able to carry boxes. Thus, [redacted] was the only one wrapping the large, fragile items (TV, Mirror, Bed) and at one point had to stop and move the truck (the other helpers could not move the truck). Suffice is to say the move ended at 10pm. When he finished he asked me for a tip. I gave them what I thought was a decent tip considering all the verbal abuse and how late they were in getting started and how long it took due to their inefficiency. He told me "you had to do better than that!" and was aggressive with me. I asked him to leave my house. He gave me a final bill that was approx. $300 more than estimate. It was not my fault they took so long to do the move. In addition, the final bill said $850 minus $50 for a total of $800, but my credit card was charged the full $850. I also gave him $30 for tolls (to drive from Manhattan to Bronx, which I've been told was excessive). I've called several times to 1) try to agree on a lower amount given the inefficient, disrespectful and drawn out service and 2) to have them correct the charge. When I call [redacted] says [redacted] will call me back and he doesn't. The last time I called I told [redacted] I was going to file a complaint and he threatened that if I did, [redacted] would not want to reach an agreement with me. A week later and I still have not heard back from them.Desired Settlement: I want them to give me an adjustment to the final bill. I am willing to pay a total of $650. No more. I also paid $30 in cash for tolls (from Manhattan to Bronx), which I understand is also not accurate. I think what I am offering is fair given the way the move was handled.
