I highly recommend NOT going with this company. Read up on moving scams before using any mover. We chose them to move from [redacted] to [redacted] because they had the lowest estimate. It turned out that they had the lowest estimate because they weren't going to honor it - and charged us double. The worst part was how nerve racking they made the experience. They promised delivery in about a week, verbally. When it didn't show up in a week, I called, and they said it would be another day or two. Every time I call they give me the run around and then eventually say it will be a day or two. Repeat this process for another two weeks, not knowing where all of my belongings were or whether I would see them again. When everything arrived, it was in fairly good condition. My golf clubs were missing and some small parts of a bookshelf which made the shelf useless. At that point, I was just glad to have most of my stuff.

Review: This company gave me a quote for moving my apartment from New York to California. They loaded my belongings on to the truck then gave me a new quote which was DOUBLE the agreed amount and then asked for 20% gratuity in Cash and charged me a $70 credit card fee. Also asked me to sign a waiver that if they got a parking ticket while moving I would pay for it. I had no choice as my stuff was already loaded on the truck at this point.

On arrival of my stuff they asked for a further $150 to move my things because their truck wouldn't fit into the storage facility and told me this was my fault. The removalist threatened to take my things, charge me double if I didn't

Be quiet and told me to keep my two year old daughter away from his stuff.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the additional fees charged to me and a formal apology from both culprits in this case. I am happy to pay the original quoted amount.

Review: I was scheduled to move the morning of Aug.*, 2014. I spoke to a representative from the company named [redacted] a few days prior, who verified that the movers were supposed to be at my apartment in New Jersey at 9am. He also verified that my furniture would be wrapped in moving blankets and my mattress would be plastic wrapped free of charge for sanitary reasons. On the day of the move, [redacted] called me at 7:54 am to say that the moving truck was having trouble starting so the movers would be delayed. I said that was fine and asked what time they should arrive and he said they should be to my apartment in New Jersey no later than 12:00 pm. I called him for an update at 10am and he once again assured me that they would be at my apartment by 12pm. At that point I called the office in Connecticut to see what the latest time I would be able to pick up my keys would be. To avoid being late and being tight on time, I had to make arrangements for my father to come from Long Island to stay with my mother in New Jersey and wait for the movers and then meet me in Connecticut. The movers did not arrive in New Jersey until after 1:30. They did not arrive in Connecticut until 8:30pm. They started unloading my belongings and when they brought my mattress into my apartment, I realized that it was only partially wrapped in the plastic wrapping and the other half was covered with a moving blanket. Underneath the moving blanket were stains from the blanket. When it came time to pay, I had to reprint the quote I got because the movers did not have any of the paperwork. The quote I received was $750.00 not including tolls. I had also given a $50.00 deposit at the time of booking the move. The total that I was given to pay was $1,500.00. As the gentleman was itemizing the charges verbally, he mentioned that I was being charged for the wrapping of the mattress. I had asked about [redacted] waiving the fee and he said usually they would write it on the quote. I gave the gentleman a total of $1,600.00 including tip to split between the 3 movers. He then asked if he was only getting $100.00 tip. I stated yes, I was not expecting to pay twice what I was quoted. He then asked me if he could take $100.00 off my total so they can get a better tip. With it being 11:00pm by the time the move was finished, I was not going to argue with him in my apartment, I figured I would reach out to the office and his boss. I sent an e-mail to [redacted] on 8/**/2014 as I had started my new job the days following my move. I included with that e-mail before and after photos of the damaged mattress. I did try to clean the mattress, with no success. Because the mattress is now stained, the warrantee on the mattress is voided. [redacted] said that he would show his boss to see if there was anything that could be done. A week later when I received no correspondence back, I asked [redacted] for a direct phone number to reach his boss "[redacted]" at. I called and spoke to [redacted] on 8/**/2014 leaving [redacted] my name and phone number, but have not received a call back.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the cost of wrapping the mattress because it was not done right and I was told that the fee would be waived in the first place. I would also like to be reimbursed $109.00 which is the estimate I got for professionally cleaning and sanitizing the mattress. I would like my $50.00 deposit back because it was not credited toward the total he gave me, plus an extra $100.00 in travel time for the extra time it took because of traffic on a Friday night that it would not have taken had the movers been on time. In addition, I would like the $100.00 back that he took off of my bill to give himself and the other men an extra tip, plus the $100.00 tip I gave them to begin with. The total refund I would like is $459.00 plus the cost of wrapping the mattress which was not itemized on my receipt, but I believe to be about $40.00.

Review: I hired Xpress moving for a move from Brooklyn, NY to Portland, OR. I was given an estimate of 10-14 days for delivery. My belongings were picked up on October **, 2014 at my apartment in Brooklyn. The move ended up costing me over $1000 more that was estimated by [redacted]. That is a 33% increase which seems like a lot.

I contacted [redacted], my representative at Xpress via email on November [redacted] to get an estimated date of delivery in Portland. On November [redacted] he informed me that they would be loaded on a truck for the West Coast on the upcoming weekend - November [redacted] or [redacted]. This already far exceeds the estimated time of arrival I was given. I wrote him back to ask why my belongings were still in NY and why I was given a very incorrect estimate. He did not respond. I wrote him back to ask what the resolution was going to be. He did not respond. I called Xpress on Monday, November [redacted] and was told that my belongings were not leaving NY until the following weekend November [redacted] or [redacted] and they had no idea when they would arrive. Maybe 5-6 days after that, maybe more. I spoke to a [redacted] who yelled at me that he doesn't care and this is totally acceptable way to conduct business.

I was still not given a date of delivery. However, it seems the very earliest would be November [redacted] - a full month from the date my belongings were picked up in NY.Desired Settlement: At this point, I really just want my belongings, as I am in an empty apartment and have been since 10/**. I have had to go out and buy clothes for work, which I had not budgeted for. I would like Xpress to adjust my bill to at least a 25% discount for their failure to communicate an honest estimate in both price and delivery date. They are a dishonest company and I do not want other consumers to get scammed by them.

Review: I had gotten two estimates from companies I had used before for a move in[redacted], one in person and one from using a past move as a guide. A friend of a friend "[redacted]" heard I was moving and insisted I let him place a competitive bid with the company he worked for "Xpress Vanlines." He gave me a quote of $600 ($100 under the most competitive quote that was done in person). He wasn't available on my move date of Dec*, 2014 - so I moved my move date to Dec *,2014 to accommodate his company. Day of the move his foreman "[redacted]" appeared and told me that my move was under priced and I needed to pay another $200 and also sign a waiver for [redacted] parking tickets they might get ($150 each location pick up and drop off). I was clear with [redacted] that the understanding was that his estimate was a "final" with no hidden charges. In addition, [redacted] stated he wanted to move the move to the weekend (5 days later) because it would be "easier"- I was completely stressed out - called [redacted] he told me to sign the waiver and he'd take care of it later. I refused - was already getting the impression that I was dealing with scam artists. The foreman was a bully and was trying to intimidate me (a single woman). Out of desperation I agree to the extra $200 because I had no choice - they threatened to leave even though I had a contract from [redacted]. The move progressed and when they finally arrived at the new destination the first item - a fairly new white lacquer buffet was damaged on it's "feet" and on a corner. I pointed it out (calmly) and I got yelled and screamed at by [redacted]. I emailed [redacted] and told him [redacted] was being abusive and he told me to video tape him. The abuse continued with the next item he brought up damaged and I started video taping his tirade. He ripped the phone out of my hand (robbery) and pushed me out of the way (assault) and continued. My friend [redacted] was here by then and managed to make him release the phone after a scuffle ensued. IN MY HOME. Then [redacted] walked off the job and left it to the two remaining movers. My friend [redacted] took over as foreman on the job and brought the boxes in from the elevator and helped move all the furniture in. Hours later [redacted] reappeared and demanded more money for the wardrobe boxes that they were supposed to unpack and didn't. I would not let him in my apartment but [redacted] and motored through a sea of boxes to retrieve the wardrobe boxes to return (per [redacted]'s email request to me) and brought them down to the truck - and they had left. Subsequently, I have missing items and I have been informed by [redacted] that [redacted] was fired - which now causes me even more stress, because he's psychotic and may try to retaliate. I don't need any of this. Most stressful experience of my life. I tipped the remaining movers $100 each since they were left to do the job alone. I am not a cheap person looking for free services, but this was over the top. My lawyer has instructed me to file a criminal complaint against this "[redacted]" but the moving company will not release his last name.Desired Settlement: $200 back that I never agreed to

$200 back since I had to provide 1/3 of the labor

$200 back form missing items

Sincerely,

Review: During the pick up of my furniture from [redacted] on March **, 2015, the movers received a parking citation in the amount of $115 for double parking. That amount was added to my final total for the transportation of my furniture to [redacted]. I should NOT be responsible for for their negligence to acquire proper parking. I contacted the company and no one has responded to me. I let them know that as per NYS DOT regulation that I am not responsible for this ticket and that I wanted a refund of my $115.Desired Settlement: $115 refund

Review: I scheduled my belongings to be picked up at the latest available time on April *, 2013 because I needed maximum time that day to finish packing. Since I was the only one scheduled on the calendar, at the time of the call, for pickup that day, I was assured that this would be agreeable, however movers arrived at 7:00 a.m. on April *, 2013. Once my items were loaded on the Xpress Moving Van Lines truck the Actual Price of the move was $2,790.04 more than the agreed upon Quoted Price (totaling $6,226.45). I was never notified at time the time of pick-up that I was exceeding my previously quoted amount while items were being loaded on the truck. This new amount was brought to my attention once all my belongings were loaded onto the truck. [redacted] generated this new total, I was required to sign the contractual paperwork under extreme duress. There were no additional items added to the move after the estimate by [redacted] on 2/**/2013, and [redacted] was aware of all belongings being moved on the aforementioned date. As for delivery date, I let the company know that I would be leaving Brooklyn on April *, 2013 and they assured me that they would be right behind me in reasonable time, despite contractual time stating it could take anywhere to 21 days. There were numerous phone conversations and verbal agreements regarding delivery date between [redacted] and myself. I was also told from the very initial meeting and estimate that the delivery date was completely to my discretion. I would have planned accordingly had I ever even thought it would be close to 21 days, seeing as how my business items were being moved. Once items were in the possession of Xpress Moving Van Lines, I was told for over a week that they would be arriving on specific dates, which were never accurate. I paid rent on a business space for 17 dates that sat empty. They did not arrive until April **, 2013 at 7:00 PM, which even then were days and hours after what I was told on the days prior regarding actual arrival time. I was told that the movers were in 2 different states on different days, and given the run around for days on end. Having my belongings that pertain to my daily business on their truck for this long, then hindered my ability to actually work, and generate income resulting in a major financial loss on top of the already scammed and excessive move cost. An issue that I would have certainly considered before agreeing to a twenty-one day wait time. Prior to leaving Brooklyn, NY I contacted [redacted] regarding payment of the final balance, who assured me that I would be able pay for the final balance by credit card despite the contractual agreement, since it was well over double the initial estimate and I was therefore put in a financial bind. Once the moving truck finally arrived in Athens, GA to unload my belongings, and after unpacking some item, at 8:00 PM, they decided that they would not accept my bank issued check. Since banks were closed at this time, they stopped unloading and would not return until I obtained a money order the following morning. Due to this, they were therefore going to charge me a fee for “waiting time”. In addition, this would also assume that I wanted to stay up well until 4:00 a.m. to supervise the move, since they arrived at 7:00 p.m. to even being unloading. Therefore, the “delivery discounts” given on the final receipt are erroneous because both should not have been legitimate charges. It was known at the very initial call, estimate, pick-up, etc. that there were 2 drop-off locations, that were actual feet apart from one another. I also called in to [redacted] on the date of drop-off to confirm. In addition to the numerous issues associated with this move regarding my money and my time and loss of wages, I was required to sign paperwork under duress at the initial pick-up, that in addition to the Quoted Price I was required to tip the movers a percentage of said Quoted Price. I never received a copy of the signed paperwork after the 2nd pick-up. This I now know is a matter left solely to the discretion of the consumer, and there is no legal policy or regulation regarding it, and no mover has the right to demand a tip, which they definitely did. ([redacted]) This was a $300.00 mistake, and not a justified charge. All in all, I have never been so upset, and unsatisfied by a situation, or with a company. I cannot believe that this is a legitimate company when these people operate in such a manner. They have altered my life in a way that is not easily repairable, and will take time to recoup this financial loss, and lost wages.

Review: I was qoted rate on phone and that agreed that the number of hours should only take at least 2hours given the amount of furniture that was going to be moved. A list was provided. the agreed upon time was 9:00 am, on 11/**/14 and the new landlord was given a guesstimated time of 11:00 am for movers to arrive so that gate could be opened. Movers came at 8:30, disassembpeld a day bed, did not take a bench and media tower that was on the list, and at the last minute we decided not to move 1 of the two 45- 52 inch HD flat screen TV's becaus.e we would not get cable for a week. they loaded up the truck and arrived at 215 b Van Name with 2 hours, but charged me a half hour wait time because the landlord had not been there to open the gate when they arrived. the daybed was not put back together, the TV stand was in the middle of the living room and the TV (which is the only thing that was "supposedly protected wrapped" and indicated on the list of items to be moved was on the floor next to the tv stand. My adult children supervised the move, but when I came home to new address after work and found the TV stand in the middle of the living room and the TV still on floor next to it, I was not happy. We placed the TV on the TV stand and plugged it in, but it idid not work. the TV was working that morning as I had it on for the news. we waitied until cable was installed and tried again and the TV still did not work. I reached out to Express moving twice to complain and asked for paper work to file claim on TV and received no response. I was charged for 5 hours of work for 3 men at 99.00 when only 2 hours were performed and 1/2 hour wait time because they came earlier than agreed time. I will probably not get refunded for the time that was not used, but I do want to be compensated for the TV that they broke and the inconvenience that we have to now dispose of this TV because we cannot use it. the Job #[redacted] USDot [redacted] MC [redacted] registration #[redacted] at Express prided himself and the company for their work , but I was very dissapointed. Its a good thing that we decided not to move the other TV or it may have been delivered damaged also.Desired Settlement: to be compensated for TV being broken, since they claimed to be insured and assured me that they were a relaible company that would us in an expert manner.

Review: 1. Sales person Anthony B[redacted] gave incorrect information upon quote, and pick up. Anthony said that it takes 20 days from the date of pick up to deliver. After 14 days passed, I called company to learn from dispatcher Mike that my belongings were still in storage and Anthony was wrong in his delivery date, and it takes 20 days past the date of "expected delivery."

2. After trying to reach the company multiple times (my call log for proof and recorded conversations), no one gives call bacs or will give accurate information as to where my belongings are. Fred "manager" and Mike "dispatch" have shown impatience, sarcasm and aloof tones as to when my stuff will be leaving their facility. Mike also promised to keep in touch regarding when my belongings were on a truck and to give the drivers information.

3. After July [redacted] weekend, Josh (a man who answered the phone when calling at 7:30am PT with an [redacted] accent) cursed me out after asking, what date did you put for delivery? After responding, June [redacted]; however your sales person said... Josh cut me off screaming "I did not ask you what my sales person said. Listen to me little girl, you think I give a flying ** where your stuff is? You can cut the waterworks off with me, I do not care." I told him I was recording this conversation and if they did not give me information I will proceed with an attorney. He said "i dont care, do it!"

4. I have had my friend, brother and mother try to call and get information. Everyone has been given the run around.

5. Outside of the breach of contract on expected delivery, customer service is nonexistent and the people running the office are scam artists. I am waiting to (if ever) get my belongings with hopes of it not being damaged before filing an official lawsuit against this company.Desired Settlement: Xpress Vanlines Needs to:

1. Contact me with a date of delivery and as promised by Mike the dispatch a) driver information b) if my belongings are not delivered between 6 and 8 pm I will not be charged for the time the driver is waiting

2. When contacting me, if they begin to raise their voice, curse or act of any threatening manner, they will be arrested.

3. MY FURNITURE DELIVERED AND NOT TAMPERED WITH OR DESTROYED!

Review: When furniture was delivered missing 8 boxes, hutch mirror broken in pieces, chairs broken, boxes where some ones had went through them, the drives were unprofessional and rude. One driver was missing to deliver the furniture. Dishes were broken, several items missing.Desired Settlement: No one should use this moving company. They have no respect for people property.

Sincerely,

Avoid Xpress. The telephone salesman was at multiple points either deliberately omitting certain costs, and at one point just plain lied. The loaders were friendly enough, but one of their acts was so unprofessional to be worth mentioning. I will also explain a problem with their general policy.

Problems with the telephone salesman (Josh):

He quoted me a price for my move from Princeton to New Haven, based on a "travelling-time estimate" of 3 hours. An important point he failed to mention is that this "travelling-time estimate" was for a one-way trip, and you had to pay more ($115 per hour) for both legs of the journey. In the end, I was billed for 5.5 hours of travelling.

After giving me an initial quote of $690, in his words, "the only other cost that hasn't been included" is the price of road and bridge tolls, which he claimed was "about $100". The actual toll price turned out to be $207.

Other costs not mentioned on the phone, but you will have to deal with:

1) They make you sign a document stating that you will pay for any parking tickets they incur.

2) Tip for the movers, generally expected to be 15-20%.

There was a misunderstanding where the salesman thought he conveyed that the movers would arrive at 9am, but I thought he meant that they would start driving off their base at 9am , and would arrive at my place at 10am plus. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, this could have been an honest misunderstanding, since I do not recall the exact words that were exchanged. However, the moving company had a zero tolerance for misunderstandings, and were completely unsympathetic. At one point, the salesman was shouting into the phone "are you saying it's my fault?" They offered an ultimatum: either we take your deposit and cancel the move, or we'll charge you $115 per hour till you finish packing.

Problem with the loaders:

These were friendly loaders (led by foreman Alex), however one of their acts was so unprofessional that it soured my impression of them. They agreed to move two of my lamps, and indeed they carried them into the truck. What they failed to tell me is that they unscrewed three of my lamp bulbs and tossed them into my car, without my permission. I only found out about the bulbs after the move.

Problem with general policy:

They have a policy to charge $250 if you make an "additional stop". I was particularly incredulous because I had stuff to unload from both home and office, which were separated by 5 minutes of driving. Such details were irrelevant to the moving company, and it was a painful policy to learn on the actual day of the move.

Review: They over charged my credit card, my statement shows proof of this. I was told they would adjust this. The movers delivering called say this is not the case and want charge more than I owe. Also the movers who picked up would only take tip in cash because and I quote "we do not want to pay taxes".Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: Our belongings were moved by 3 workers employed by Xpress Vanlines from [redacted] to [redacted] on May [redacted] and unfortunately, we have damaged/ missing property as a result. We have contacted this company many times, however, they failed to address our concerns. Please note the following:1) A hole was made in the ceiling above our basement steps by the handle of my elliptical machine when they were carrying it down the steps. They also made a crack in the ceiling. They failed to mention that. 2) They have yet to return the glass door of the base of our entertainment system, which we paid to be individually "bookcased" by them. We purchased this at [redacted]. This is the Hamilton 4-pc wall unit that we purchased in 2010.3) One of the workers hid a shelf in the closet because he did not feel like screwing it back into the dresser. Thankfully, my husband was able to do it. 4) Our furniture fails to function in the manner in which it did prior to the movers coming into contact with it. For instance, certain drawers have to be wiggled in to close shut, we are missing a light switch for our night stand and some of the screws that are supposed to hold the handles in place to the dresser drawers are loose because they made the holes too big when putting the handles back on. 5) I also have a box of clothing that cannot be accounted for. My husband called before to address this and we were told that someone would be calling us back, and we initially didn't hear back from anyone. When we called back, we were referred to contact the claims department via e-mail, which we did several weeks ago, and of course, no one responded.Desired Settlement: I would like Xpress Vanlines to replace missing items (such as the glass door of the entertainment system, the missing light switch and my clothing) and to cover costs of repairs (such as the ceiling over the stairs in the basement).

Review: Primarily, this company owes me $90 for damage they caused to my furnishing when they moved me out of my Manhattan apartment. All required documents have been executed and submitted and now I am waiting since * May 2015 to receive my fund. I have made inquiry of the status and I am not receiving any response. Additionally, I have requested on numerous occasions to be presented with all documents related to my move and my requests have been ignored.Secondly, this company assured that they are the mover and would not hand my belongings over to a third party. This was a blatant lie and I have documents to prove they lied. Although nothing can be done about this at this point, the Revdex.com should be aware of the unethical business practices of this company. Additionally, they attempted to make me pay a 20% tip to their employees who picked up my belongings from my apartment. When I refused and asked for a copy of the documents requiring me to do this, they refused to provide me with the documents. They also charged me for their parking fees, which process was never disclosed to me. And they demanded cash for the parking fees.Desired Settlement: I would like my $90 to cover the damaged goods.I would like copies of all documents related to my move.

Review: I hired Xpress Moving Van Lines to assist me with my move from [redacted]J to [redacted] (Job No: [redacted] ). I was talking with [redacted] and [redacted] from Xpress Van lines. I have done a lot of moves but this move was very bad. I was surprised to see the conditions of the boxes at drop-off location. Badly damaged showed signs of tampering. They failed to deliver 2 boxes. The person who delivered was extremely rude when I questioned him about missing boxes and when I asked him to assemble the furniture as per the contract (not even the beds were assembled and the screws were lost).

I called [redacted] immediately to complain about what was happening and he confirmed he will take care of it. I waited for this guy to return back with the missing boxes and later I went down to check what was happening and that guy LEFT the place with my house keys with no intimation. Then I called both the driver and [redacted] repeatedly over a dozen times and none picked the call. I got hold of [redacted] once over phone when I asked my friend to call him, then I asked him what happened. He said he will look into it and told me he will get back in couple of days. To this date Zero response and he has blocked my number. I have tried several times reaching to [redacted] and trust me it was a horrible experience dealing with these SCAMMERS!! Please avoid them at any cost. It is not at all worth it.Desired Settlement: Refund on loss of 2 boxes, articles worth over $1000. No assembly of furniture as promised in the contract. I will do whatever required to obtain the full refund.

Review: The service provider X-press Van Lines was contracted by me to move my personal items from my one- bedroom apt at [redacted], to a studio unit at [redacted].,on May **, 2014. All my property items were delivered, except for a valuable piece of art - a sculptured antique bell mounted hanging in a cedar wooden frame. The movers failed to offload this item and remained in their truck for a few days. My sculpture was delivered only on June *, 2014, severely damaged with dents on the sculpture and the wooden frame with supporting bars either destroyed and/or missing. Obviously, my personal item was subjected to undue shaking, tossing and wild throwing inside the truck as the driver and the moving team made their way back to the company headquarters. I first reported my complaint by telephone call 3 hours after the movers left after I discovered that the sculpture was missing. It was followed by two emails demanding compensation with photos of damage caused thereto, as well as two telephone calls to the company representative, [redacted], with whom I arranged my move details weeks earlier. His telephone responses were (1) his boss was away and would get back to me upon his return and (2) the driver of the moving team would call me as the latter denied that the sculpture and the mounting frame or platform were not delivered in several pieces as I reported but in one piece. I never received of the promised calls.Desired Settlement: I want a compensation for the damage sustained by my sculpture given that this transaction should be covered under the business company insurance. I stated in my email that I was seeking $1,000 compensation. I would not want them to arrange for the repair, because I completely lost my trust on them.

I have not contacted the above enterprise since the time I filed my complaint thru Revdex.com in early June. I have suffered anxiety from my losses and the absence of company's response. I have read feedback ([redacted] site) from customers who shared horrible experiences from Xpress. Last week, one of them has communicated to me and asked what was the status of my complaint. I informed her that I have sent my complaint thru Revdex.com and the case is pending.

I believe this business entity (Xpress Moving) should be given a stern warning by the government authority to protect the public. It's scandalous that Xpress Moving is allowed to continue doing business and destroying or losing people's property. Worse part is they ignore my complaint even if our transaction was supposedly covered by their insurance.

Sincerely,

Review: The furniture that had to be assembled by the moving company was not assembled. Movers had to assemble my furniture at the same day when it was delivered; meanwhile, movers who delivered my furniture assembled only the king bed for me and told me that they do not have time to assemble the rest as they have in their truck other furniture that has to be delivered to others, and that I should contact the company's representative [redacted] who compiled the Binding Moving Estimate form. They said he will take care of everything and professionals who can assemble the baby grand piano and other furniture will be sent to me ASAP. I contacted him many times and he told me that he spoke with his [redacted] and the [redacted] promised to send professionals to assemble my furniture. Few months after his many promises he told me to call the dispatcher. I called the dispatcher many times who also promised to send me the professionals soon, but he never did. After a few months, I moved from West Covina, CA to Tarzana, CA. After that he told me: "Now as you moved to another place I am not going to send the professionals to assemble your furniture". I moved from New York to West Covina in June 2013. I moved from West Covina, CA to Tarzana, CA in November. During the six months that I lived in West Covina they lied to me and never sent anybody to assemble my furniture. Please take action against this company.

Regards

[redacted]Desired Settlement: Finish the job, assemble the rest of the furniture.
