Revdex.com:I stressed to the employee multiple times that I was not satisfied with the repair He stated that he did not have the materials to repair it correctly He tried to assure me that caulking would be satisfactory I stated that it was not the correct repair and was only a temporary fix I requested they send out an employee to repair it properly with flashing but they never returned or contacted me I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted]

In the folder it sates the job was completed on 12/5/ I have a completion form signed for 3/8/stating all the work is completed It also appears that the owner Matt reached out to them regarding the warranty issue If you need any further information please let me know

Hello,I have continued problems with my complaint [redacted] Bella came out after your contact but they did not fix the problem They re-caulked the gutters which they did the first time and it did not fix the issue I need flashing correctly installed behind the drip edge and into the gutter to prevent water from going behind the fascia since the drip edge is not long enough My complaint is closed for some reason even though the problem was not solved Please help[redacted]

The work was completed and finished, then a rain storm came and my roof leaked into my daughters bedroom so I called Matt the owner he came out and looked a leakThe roof was then fixed and no more leaking, but the company did not come and fix the damage after many calls and talking to the seceratary my husband fixed the damage in the bedroomThe damage was roughly to fix the ceiling and wall cornerI also have txt messages from Matt stating he deducted money from final bill but the leak was after I paid the monies

I am responding to complaint [redacted] The original contract was signed 8/24/16, we went out to the job initially on 9/27/to complete the work and at that point our carpenter had stated he performed the work and the job was complete Bella proceeded to invoice Mr [redacted] , being that the work was complete per our carpenter Unfortunately the homeower did not feel that the job was completed to his satisfaction and called in on 9/28/stating that he wanted the work redone On 9/30/the project manager did go out to the job to view the work and take pictures At that point the project manager did feel that we needed to redo the work We attempted to complete the work on Monday 10/03/however the homeowner preferred us to come on Tuesday 10/04/ The work has now been complete to customer satisfaction I have attached the completion form signed by the consumer The consumer stated that he would either mail the final payment or call in to make a credit card payment Bella Construction is now waiting on the final payment Please let me know if there are any additional items you need from our company

Bella Construction & Development Incwas out to the house on 8/16/to fix the issues One of our service members was sent out and he claimed you were satisfied and all issues were resolved If you have any further questions we would be happy to answer them Thank You

Dear Mr& Mrs***, On 9/18/16, we signed a contract for a gutter readjustment as per Mike free of charge As far as my understanding the job was complete at the beginning of September On 4/18/we were notified of water issues *** said that the water was
pouring in front of the gutter and water was coming behind the butter into fascia She did not address any issues of drip edge The file was given off to our service department On 7/18/we tried to call to reach out to Mrand Mrs*** to schedule a time to come outNo answerWe will be sending a service crew out on 8/16/17, weather pending If there are any other issues please free free to notify us Thank You

In response to a letter that we received dated 11123/15I [redacted] stopped by [redacted] and talked to [redacted] on 12/2/15 atabout 2:00pm. I went up on the garage roof after we got permission and she informed me that only oneskylight is leaking. These skylights are old...

skylights and the insurance company only paid for the shingles,and that is what we replaced. I explained this to [redacted] and I discussed just removing all 4 skylights since they are in her garage, We are sendingher a estimate to close the skylights in. [redacted] was satisfied with our conversation.Matt B[redacted]

According to Matt there was an existing issue so we took 1,000.00 of the contract for that. (this would be the leak)  Im assuming that we found this issue when we went to do the roof and she was not willing to pay the extra to get it fixed so we just left it as is.  Then she claimed she was still having an issue so she left a balance of 462.41 and Matt wiped it away and that was her compensation. That is a total of $1,462.41 in compensation.
