Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Petro Oil and Heat company did install gas pipes in my property without obtaining any legal permit, they also sold me and installed for me a heat and hot water unit without the proper permit too, and I just found out that the installation was done wrongly and dangerously, This instillation may cause a fire or explosion with the time, also this business did hold my $security deposit and they never returned it back to me, as well as makes me lose my tenant with a monthly income of $1,since the end of March 2015, as well as they sued me in the Forum (Arbitration, Mediation International) to steal my right of speech by faking with their lawyers the intend of using a domain name that I created to educate the consumer of being scammed by their company as they did with me, The Forum did DECLINE their claim because Petro and its lawyers did alter the meaning of the facts just for them to not let my word get to the public, in another word they did lie, fake and accused me of wrong doing just for them to keep scamming the clients so no one know what's going on, and for this reason the Forum gave me the right to keep my domainThe truth can be found on the statements that I listed on my Domain www[redacted] .com , with those statement none of us can lie, the truth is right thereI feel by giving this business (Petro and its other companies) a good positive rating, you are giving them more opportunity to keep scamming the great people of United States of America I gave Petro many opportunist to solve this dispute, but they insist on stealing in order for them to settle down the claim, and to top this up, they are revealing my information to the previous account holder without my permissionAt the Petro company you can find all kind of corruptions even in the respond to this e-mailThe truth can be found in my pages at www[redacted] .com the emails and responds between Petro and I are listed on this domainDon't reward this scammer by posting a good positive rating as you will be helping them to keep scamming Sincerely, [redacted] ***

*** *** has been our customer since December 31, and entered into a protected price agreement with in October, 2014. As you may know, protected price plans are set daily, based on wholesale and hedging costs and other market factors. In order to secure that ceiling price, we
have to purchase hedging protection on the day of a customer’s agreement to a protected price agreement. Someone who enters into a protected plan agreement in December may receive a different ceiling price than someone who enters into a protected price plan in August, depending on these factorsOn October 24, *** *** entered into a protected price agreement for the period October 24, through October 31, 2015. His acceptance of the ceiling price plan, including the terms and conditions of the program, was recorded with his permission and a confirmation letter mailedOn multiple occasions we have had conversations with *** *** regarding pricing and competitor offers he received to become their new customer and explained new account offers. We have reviewed *** *** price acceptance recording, confirmation letter, and all recorded conversations discussing price since he accepted his protected price agreement. Based on our review, we are of the belief that fuel oil pricing was within the guidelines of *** *** pricing agreement and that the terms and conditions of the program were clearly disclosed*** *** agreement states the actual delivered price, which includes the cost of the ceiling protection, will vary based on market conditions, including but not limited to, product availability, wholesale cost and other factors. *** *** account has been terminated and referred for collection
