"terms" a copy is not accepted either. But they insist that it must be a copied UPC in order for me to received my rebate? There is only one ORIGINAL UPC which was sent to them, but they never got it.

When I purchased the mixer, I looked on the shelf and asked customer service where the info on the rebate was but they didn't know. My daughter replaced the mixer because of a missing paddle and again asked how to do the rebate - at a different store - and they didn't know either. By the time we figured it out since there was no information in or on the box, the box had been recycled. Please reconsider.

I am rejecting this response because:
This was not the terms of the conditions when I switched to AT&T. I was told by the rep that the trade in amount for my phone would be deducted from the total amount of $650 and I would receive the amount remaining in the mail in the form of a debit card. You guys claim to deduct the trade in value from $650 per line and I am requesting the amount owed to me of $400 per line. I am now severely stressed from this whole situation and I will be seeing you guys in court for false advertisement and damages. I am not the only consumer going through this hassle.
