Per WUTC guidelines a refuse company is allowed to skip pidue to poor weather conditionsThe customer is then allowed to put an amount of refuse equal to their weekly service level to be picked up at no additional cost on the next scheduled service dayThe
company then is not required to credit serviceDue to the fact that the Yakima area experienced its worst winter in many years there were a number of customers that we were not able to service for a period longer than to weeksFor many of these customers we did issue a credit which in total amounted to hundreds of dollarsWhile we do try to negotiate the credit down due to fact that once we can get in and service a account such as the ***'s we may be picking a few hundred pounds of refuse due to the size of the container, we still have to pay the disposal fee's on itUnderstanding that the ***'s wish to be credited one month's service at a rate of $I have left a voice message on their Daytime phone *** that they will see their credit during our next scheduled billing cycle

Customer was credited for one months serviceThe company was experiencing very difficult service conditions in Jandue to the amount of snow on the ground to inches in this service areaI personally went out in a pitruck & picked up this customers refuse
and they have not had any service issue's sinceWe generally do not credit customers when the service is missed do to inclement weather as they are allowed to double up the amount of refuse to set out on the next scheduled pidate, but due to the length of missed service the customer was credited

Customer's service was disrupted due to inclement weatherThe customer called the office on 1/8/and 1/10/and spoke to a customer service representative on each occasion a work order was created to pick up missed garbage, customers account was serviced today at 2:PM

The reason the dumpster had gone previously non-emptied was due to the fact that the customer had put large chucks of concrete in the dumpsterThese trucks are designed to take compactable material only items such as concrete, car engines , dirt and rocks can cause considerable damage the
trucks hopper and compacting systemOn December 27th 2016 driver supervisor Rob G*** meet with Mrs*** at the site they were able to find a spot for the dumpster that would allow the driver proper access to empty it but also complied with the covenants of the road maintenance associationHe also gave Mrs*** his business card and direct line to call if there are any service issue's going forwardRob and I meet with the driver the morning of Dec 28th explained to him what the complaint was, how Rob and Mrs*** resolved the issue and going forward not to move the dumpster from its current location

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me with the following rebuttal
?
The dumpster was not moved from its current location? I do accept responsibility for the concrete, however it was not large chunks, it was gravel sized pieces that were scraped off the floor of the house after the second story walls had been poured? I do not believe this to be the end of the dumpster location issue as it rears it head every time a new driver is hired for this rout.Sincerely, *** ***

Thanks for your help in this encounter with YAKIMA WASTE SYSTEMSBefore you entered the picture , the office manager would NOT talk to me or present herself.? After your involvement, the GENERAL MANAGER called me, apologized for the office managers' failure to talk to me,and resolved the issue to
my satisfaction? ? Thank you VERY MUCH for your involvement; it is good to know you are there.? Again, my thanks, *** *? ***

Yakima Waste Systems, your employee that I spoke this morning is very rude told me to shut up and if HER driver cant see the the bin driving past our street it is not there fault and they do not give credits for missed pickups. I live in a circular housing and our neighbor;s kid park on the street you are never going to see the bin drving past the road. I have not had an issue for the last 2 years so one would think you have a new drive that is LAZY!
