Review: I received an invoice from this business for advertising services that I never agreed to. I have never had any dealings with this business which is obviously a scam. The invoice states a transaction date of 3/**/15 for $492.87 with payment (of $492.89...not even the same amount) due by 4/**/15.Desired Settlement: This business should send another invoice or letter showing a zero balance. They should also be investigated for fraudulent practices.

For years, Yellow Business Book has aggressively called and mailed me at my home address and attempted to get me to purchase an ad both for online and print versions of the Yellow Pages book. I have never agreed to purchase an ad and have asked repeatedly to be dropped from their contact list. In the past they ran an unauthorized ad listing my home contact information, and for several years afterwards my wife fielded calls from people wanting to "make an appointment with the doctor." Several times I have received statements for listing ads I did not order, all of which I have ignored. I have just received yet another statement, dated 01.16.2015, for nearly $500, resulting from yet another call from them during which the representative hung up on me when I said I did not want an ad and not to contact me again. This company sent me an unwarranted statement for [redacted] This company sent me a billing statement for [redacted] They claim the statement is for a listing in bold for two years in their phone book. I never authorized any phone book to publish my business number. I looked up the company online and it says it is a scam. Hopefully this will not hurt our credit in any way as we have an excellent credit score. I am filing a complaint in case this bill is turned over to a collections agency. We received a statement from this company for $511.81 For a listing with their "yellow business book" that we did not request. on 12/20/13 we received a statement from this company for $511.81 they note a transaction date of 12.13.2013 We believe this statement is in error or is fraudulent. We have no desire to have our business listed in whatever directory they purport to be. Desired SettlementRemove this incorrect or false charge from their books.
