Yellow Business Book

This company sent me a statement for $500.82 that is to be paid to Yellow Business Book. It claims the statement is for a listing in bold for two years in their phone book. I never authorized any phone book to publish our business number as we are a dental lab and do not even deal with the public. We are only listed in our local area book and we do not pay for the listing. We are not allowed to advertise because we deal with dental accounts (just the dentists) and not the public. I looked up the company online and it says it is a scam. The logo on the letter doesn't even look real. Our dental lab phone number is not on the letter. I only file this complaint to help others. Hopefully this will not hurt our credit in any way as we have an excellent credit score. I also read online that some companies were called and asked if this was the person they were talking to. I received a bill for services that I never requested or signed up for. The bill states that I contracted for services starting on 1/11/2014 and claims I owe $500.82 for services. It has a due date of 2/23/2015. I never requested the service and do not own them any money.
