This yellow page 365 has been trying to get money from my business over 3 years. We have never done any business at all with this company nor will we ever. They call saying that we owe 1700.00. they can never fax or show proof of any services to us I was told by state agent that they are a scam. desired settlement: not to call my business and put me on do not call list for never

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
YPOnline claims they closed our account in 2012 (this fictitious account was never opened or approved by *** *** ***) and their acknowledgement of creating, then closing this account does not address their recent harassment via erroneously invoicing us and continuously calling our business and aggressively attempting to collect money from us. The last invoice our business received from them via U.S.P.Sis dated 08/12/14.
I request, once again, that they resolve this current mater by removing what they call "a final payment of $598.95". We refuse to pay for services we did not commission, nor received. Also, we request that they remove our business name and all contact information from their database, do not sell or donate our business information, and never contact us again.

This is a scam. they cold call on phone to sell advertising and tell you that you did business with them last year. Then they want authorization for next years ad , plus when refused they say that they will be sending final bill to close account from last years ads.

Review: I am highly suspicious of this company, AKA: YP 365 Online. They call demanding payment for online advertising that we never requested. The invoice they mailed us is generic and appears to be a very low-quality fabrication, not professional.I researched the business and found numerous complaints filed against them.The web link on the falsified invoices they mailed us, directs us to a low-quality counterfeit webpage where the only contact information they offer is an email address. I've come to conclusion that this business does not exist, apart from harassing innocent, hardworking legit businesses with fraudulent claims of monies owed for services not commissioned.Please investigate this alleged 'company', as their business practices are very unethical. Thank you for any assistance you can offer.Desired Settlement: Resolution is for them to stop harassing us with demands of payment for advertising services we didnt commission.Remove all debt they erroneously claim we owe. We have not agreed to do business with them,& had not heard of them until they began calling for final payment of $598.95, guaranteeing this would be the final invoice (its the only invoice). We refuse to pay for services we didnt solicit.Remove our name from their data base & never contact us again.Thank you.
