After renewing, [redacted] contacted YPU customer service by phone on 2/3/2017 to request a cancellation of their account. YPU informed [redacted] of the past due balance on the account for services rendered and offered to reduce the amount owed on the account in order to resolve the account. [redacted] informed YPU that it would filing this complaint and at the close of the call, YPU cancelled [redacted]'s account with a zero balance remaining.Upon receipt of this complaint and per [redacted]'s request, YPU has verified that [redacted]'s account is indeed cancelled with a zero balance remaining and has placed their business information on its internal Do Not Mail list. YPU has also sent a cancellation confirmation letter to [redacted] for their records. Further, YPU does not report to any credit bureaus.No funds are owed to YPU from [redacted].
