I am responding to complaint ID# [redacted] from Country Floral I have attached a copy of the register receipt tape currently running at the Super Valu in Thorp, WI as you will see the ad for Country Floral is currently running on it I also spoke with the owner at the store today who confirmed with me that her ad is in fact running on the tape thereCountry floral was given a free ad on the Stanley grocery store and will be running at the Super Valu for months Her original contract was for months at the Thorp Store She got free advertisement in Stanley and is getting a free months at Thorp We will not be giving her a refund as her ad is running and she is getting what she paid for plus more We have bent over backwards to try and please her and we are currently done communicating with her and her harassing tone Thank you, [email protected](608)387-6209(608)377-cellAspen AveWarrens WI

We are giving this consumer a refund

This tape has been printed and it is on its way to the store I can not remove an ad that has already been printed on the tape As in any business sometimes there is a delay or issues that come up beyond our control The problem has since been taken care of and the tape has been printed I personally spoke with the Store owner getting permission to supply their store with tape I have assured the advertiser several times that the tape will run Thank you, [email protected](608)387-6209(608)377-cellAspen AveWarrens WI

He has ran ads in several of our other stores and was not willing to wait until we could get it sold out and we will be giving him a refund

The customer paid for advertising on the back of the register receipt tape at a local grocery store not for paper in his store will cost alot more than $for a year. We have returned several calls to this customer and left him a message on Friday to call us back and he refuses.
When someone swears at people on the phone that are not going to call them back. On his contract it states we have days to provide services

I did receive a check from this company and on 10/3/17 I called the Bank that the check was written from and the funds are not available, meaning that this check I have attached in this email is no good, insufficient funds. Register Receipt [t Advertising of Wisconsin wrote me a bad check please reopen complaint. Sincerely,*** ***

I spoke with her yesterday and told her I was sending her a refund. We did have permission to provide the store with tape but we did not have enough businesses interested in the program and we are still working on the program. Thank you

This business signed up in between cycles and had to wait to be on the next shipment of tape. We are refunding her money

Here is my response to the customer which I just tried to do but your system now will not let me. 1. The customer has not called the business phone listed on the top of his contract at all or he would have gotten a response and I would think that would be an appropriate action before
going to the Revdex.com and the Revdex.com should check that all the actions have been take before the post these complaints. 2. The customer's ad has been made and the stores he is going to run in just ran out of tape recently and he is on the next delivery to them. IF he would read his contract it states that we have up to days to deliver the tape although it is done much quicker than that. He just happened to be signed up before the last delivery was up and that is all had he called in to or emailed the office, I would have explained that to him. Before you make complaints you should communicate with the business and you have all the contact information on your contract.***
