confirmed with me that her ad is in fact running on the tape there. did not! They keep telling me they are going to... since May, and they never do! They are scammers, frauds.... I will be going to file in small claims court Monday if I do not recieve payment by then. It has been a year!

They are in a breach of contract and have failed to deliver the product. I was never informed of delays or kept abreast of the delays. Now they are saying they cant refund my deposit. This is not acceptable as I counted on them to provide the product in the time they promised.
