Dear Revdex.com,I left a voice mail for [redacted] but have not heard back from himAt this point I thought it was best to follow up with you to address [redacted] ’s complaintWith all due respect to [redacted] the accusation that he has made against Yodle is totally unfounded and untrueAs a company committed to supporting the small business community Yodle would never engage in an unethical business practice of inserting fax numbers on directories in order to gain a saleWe do not know the specifics of what happened with [redacted] ’s directories but it’s worth noting that many directories pull information from other directories in order to boost their listingsOnce [redacted] had one directory with his fax number the likelihood is that the other directories copied this.We wish [redacted] well in resolving this issueHowever, we are unwilling to provide any compensation for the time that he spent on his sales call as we are not responsible for the problem and were trying to demonstrate how we could help him.Best, [redacted] ***
