I've been order from yoox used multiple account to get the 1st order promo code that they gave. But as soon as I place the orders, it keep cancelled, and need to verify my credit card, and soon after that, my order still got cancelled, by contacting yoox, I've been told that they will not accept my order and showing somehow my email related to somebody else profile. This is totally crazy. Im believe that I got banned from mistake of someone else, so I hope yoox can lift this. Thank you
