It's not going anywhere, I will post for this business in regards with their return policy reviews every where I can, writing the truth and only the truth.They are cheap and greedy and they have nothing in common with american way of doing business successfully.They should not be allowed to sell in US, for what I care, unless they upgrade their policies and are honestYoox is little and will remain little P.SI purchased a pair of sandals and used the store credit, even if I do not used them I will throw them in the garbage thinking I lost $52.I unsubscribed from their email notifications and I still receive messages, who gives the the right to do that!? is this another of their garbage policies ?!I will mark spam and we are done

I really do not understand how your company worksI think the tag was broken and reattached on the bag by your staff before the shippingAccording to your response, if you sent the "altered tag "to me, there is no way for me to prove that I did not alter the tagBecause once I received the bag and did not open in front of the postman, no one can prove that I did not alter the bag and alter the tag The bag I send back was exactly the bag you sent to meThere was no reason for me to send you back an very different bag which is authentic and produced by your brand to get my money backWhy do you think that your staff didn't make any mistakes during the whole process? The customer is so disadvantaged according your policy.
Why don't you check your storage record of the handbag that you sent to me and the back bag that I originally ordered? I think there must be something wrong with your storage record.

I have been a yoox customer since 2006 and I was recently banned without any explanations (all my last 3 orders were cancelled without reasons). I contacted the customer service several times and they never got back to me. I assume it is because I made too many returns but to me, I always used the website in an appropriate manner. Returns are part of online shopping. I would be happy to pay for shipping if needed but I cannot accept to be banned, especially without any warnings or communication. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional from Yoox. I am also wondering if this is compliant with the new data privacy law in Europe (GDPR) and I am looking into what my legal options are for this matter.

[No words can be found to describe the the unprofessionalism of the one who composed this email. I highly advice you no to use the combination "possible fraud". This is just a wrong assumption. I never ever received any email from you in regards "possible fraud". I'm a customer of your's from November 2014 and before the last 2 orders, I did 4 high volume orders with you and I've never ever had such a problem. You have to improve your system. I was researching your company today and I found to many negative reviews about your company. I saw much much more complaints then satisfactions which is really sad.
