December 7, 2015To Whom It May Concern:We apologize for any inconvenience experienced by [redacted] concerning the recent receipt of the invoice for $Invoices are sent to customers before the actual expiration date of the subscription and newspaper delivery does continue during this timeAs on the attached examples, the invoices show the date to which the subscription is paid until and also inform the customer that delivery will continue until Customer Service is called at ###-###-####.With this stated, however, we at the York Newspaper Company make every attempt to satisfy the delivery needs of our customers and therefore will waive the $due on the subscription account.Sincerely,Kelly B.Circulation Services Manager

Months ago I received a call from an outsource company in Pittsburgh that offered me weeks of newspaper for $+ some odd cents prepaid or $+ some odd cents billedI rec'd bills one for $days a week paper & one for $for the York Dispatch weekday papers MonthruFriThis was not what I was offered by the person in PittsburghUntil today I was waiting from the supervisor of customer service in York to call me backI had called once before many weeks ago and was told she was out due to a personal problemToday I called and found out the Billing & Customer Service Deptis in Louisville, KY Mike has sent a request to the AcctDeptas to the amount I was quotedAll my notes are in the shed since I had to empty out the house for new flooring & I have not gotten everything back inWhy only complaints for this company is unrealisticMaybe most people today do not know what Revdex.com is at allAnd, much more since I have been here yearsAnd, I have had many experiences over the yearsLETS MAKE NOTE OF SOME THING ELSE: Approxyears ago the paper TOOK and very large increase that no one else would have been allowedAnd another large one since thenFor what - LESS paper articles and articles that tell you to go to their internet to SEE the criminal photo Boy what an public service that isAnd, how you must pay to see complete details say of an obituaryAlso, I had to put in the paper out-of-town obitsthis year which each cost almost #each for a one day showing the Daily Record & York DispatchThe York Dispatch was an evening paper but it how comes WITH the morning g paper around a.mat my houseYou can say at this time it is resolved but not until I get my next billWe shell seeMore you bet you but not at this timeThank you, L***

We have contacted the contracted distributor and she has assured us that she will place the paper between the doors daily. A manager has attempted to make contact with customer several times and has left messages for her - no return call has been received yetThe management staff will
continue to try to make personal contact with the customer. We intend to offer some additional credit to the customer's account after we are able to talk with her

We have tried on several occasions to reach the customer and have left several messages.  We have, however, processed the requested refund and the customer should receive it in about 10-14 days.

I am still waiting to receive my refund check from the York Daily Record. I talked to someone on the phone last week about it and was told it had been "sent out" to my old address at [redacted]  [redacted] PA [redacted], but it has not arrived as of December 6, 2014.
