I find Security Associates to be professional, friendly, and responsive. I recently moved into a new home with a significantly more sophisticated security system than what I previously familiar with. My new home had a Security Associates system and being new to all the nuances of the system there have been some bumps in the learning process for me and my family. However, Security Associates and its staff, have been so patiently accommodating and supportive. Love the system and would highly recommend Security Associates.

Allen provided excellent customer service while installing my thermostat. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the product. He took the time to explain all of the features of my thermostat, and even made sure that I was comfortable operating the thermostat along with the corresponding app that goes with it.

Amazing is the only word to use for Allen! Allen is a technician with Security Associates. He is very skilled, patient and understanding and goes above and beyond to make his customers happy! He won't quit until your system is running like it should. He even follows up. What a great personal touch! His customer service outstanding. Security Associates is so very fortunate to have such a great tech working for them. Jackie in service is also a gem she takes her time with you and is awesome, she will try to go out of her way for you. Technology is not perfect, but Allen strives for perfection in the high tech world of alarm systems.

Security Associates LLC saved my home and dogs! I never thought I would need a system and I always considered it a tool for obtaining an insurance discount. On June 17, 2016 that all changed. My husband received a call at work that someone was breaking into our home, then the motion sensors detected movement, and then the dreaded fire alarm. Someone was breaking into my home to save my dogs which led to saving my home from complete devastation. Because of being notified immediately of alarms by Security Associates monitoring staff, we were able to quickly leave work in Washington, DC to meet with local fire departments, the Fire Marshall, and others at our home soon after the fire. Security Associates' staff are great people and care about their work. Jackie in Sales convinced me to upgrade to a wireless system, which was a great suggestion. I am a firm believer that a monitored alarm system will save lives and bring peace of mind. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!

Pat and his team at Security Associates are always efficient, professional, and they get the job done. Security Associates is a great company and I am proud to support a local business. After purchasing a new home, I researched three potential home alarm systems companies - two were national companies. Security associates had competitive pricing, and were able to work through the complicated wiring of our old alarm system and install their new alarm system in a day. Also, anytime I needed to reach Security Associates, there was someone to answer the phone and answer my questions on the spot.

Technician Allen called to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled time, which was fine with me. He arrived when he said he would and was knowledgeable about repairing the problem to our home alarm system. He explained what he was doing as he went along. He discussed newer alarm system options with me but was not pushy about them.
