I have been with Security Associates about 10 years now and I absolutely love Jackie [redacted] in the Service Department! She has ALWAYS givendors me the best customer service and is so professional. If she were to ever leave and go to another alarm company, I would go with her! That's how wonderful she is. She is definitely an asset to the company, I hope they realize that!!!
Terry was great! He arrived on time and took care of the batteries that needed to be replaced and also switched the alarm to a different phone line for me. He was friendly and helpful. My contractor was having trouble fixing the door bell and Terry helped him with that while he was here.
I have always been impressed with service and they are on time.
Excellent and prompt service. Tom and Kim were very clear in defining our options and creating the best system for our needs. Also very clear instruction on system operation. Overall very happy with the experience.
