You folks installed a new stage furnace for us jan 28/
Yesterday was the first time this season we tried to use the A/C Fan came on and blew air, but the compressor did not kick in
We called your office at 9:am this morning to advise you of our situationBy 10:am, your technician, Marty, was at our home and had our problem resolved ( a couple of wires were reversed during installation)YOU GUYS ARE BLOODY AMAZING! We can not believe that 1) that you responded to our need so quickly on a Saturday morning and 2) the problem was fixed so efficiently, less than minutes
