Home Service Plus came to my home today for duct cleaning, and I must say they did an amazing jobCourtious and professional to a T!!! Started with smiles and their names representing their companyI am happy to go with them again!!!

[redacted] booked a Loft Suite with seating area dining room table on the lower level and on the second floor 2 queens beds and full bathroom at $[redacted] plus tax, unfortunately due to some error we were unable to accommodate at check in....

Guest was issued a family Suite (Unfortunately I don't think this was explained on check in) with 2 queen beds, separate room with bunk beds and seating area (room [redacted])
[redacted] came back to the front desk to express his concern, the front desk supervisor apologised for the mistake on our behalf and discounted the rate to $[redacted] plus tax. I discussed with the front desk supervisor just after and the guest seemed good with discount.
[redacted] has since left 3 reviews on 3 different websites issuing the lowest score to us, we have reached out and invited him back for a complimentary stay as well.
We have not heard anything back as of August 23rd.

You still did not explain "some error". I booked on your website, and the reservations were in your system. We even called the day before and everything was fine. This was not some error, all I want to hear from you is that it was done intentionally.
And yes, I rated you 1 star because that is what you deserved. I also do not want your complimentary stay. I would not stay at the Rodd Royalty ever again I don't even care if it is free, I'd rather pay for a hotel that will not pull this on their customers.

Great, friendly, and professional mannered. The job done today was very well done, the house was kept clean and all grills and furniture were put back where they were. The guys were very friendly to my dog and we're extremely polite. Thnx!

Profesional and friendly service. Excellent and clean duct cleaning jobs. They showed me before and after shots of my ductwork and I was amazed at the job they did cleaning it. They offered me additional services and didn't hassle me if I didn't want them. They were very happy, bubbly people and you can tell they love their job and that is a great quality for a service company.

Excellent introductions with representing themselves before entering. Jordan was extremely friendly, informative and answered all questions we had asked, he also showed everything that he had performed for us. The job they did today was absolutely fantastic, clean, and effective.

A few years ago had a very bad experience when a service man damaged my furnace and it cost me a lot of money to get it fix. So when I contacted Home Service Plus, was was a bit nervous trying a new company. The owner actually spoke to me and after asking him a series of detail questions I was comfortable enough to set up a date and time to have someone come in and inspect my air conditioner & furnace. Due to some emergency issue on their part, they contact me to reschedule but offer to extended the special price package I was promised. When the technique guy came last week, he explained and visually show me what he was doing and why, giving very good information without using heavy tech terms. He did suggest a small repair and show me exactly what it was, how it worked and why. I decided to follow his suggestion and the cost was reasonable. Would use them again.
