As the business office for Fit Bootcamp we are required to hold the member to the terms of the agreement that were signed. With the agreement you signed it shows that following your initial term a 30 day written notice for cancellation is required. We are not able to change the terms of the agreement nor issue a refund unless Fit BootCamp approves the refund. At this time they have removed the payment for March and declined any refunds to be issued. I am sorry that you feel this information is contradictory. Here is the cancellation options I see outlined in your terms of agreement. ADDITIONAL RIGHTS TO CANCELLATION: You or your estate may also cancel this contract for any of the following reasons: 1.-If upon a doctor's order, you cannot physically or medically receive the services because of significant physical or medical disability for a period in excess of three months; 2. In case of your death; 3. If the health club services to be provided under this contract are not available because the Seller fails to open a planned health club or location, permanently discontinues operation of a health club or location, or substantially changes the operation of a health club or location; 4. If you move either your residence or your place of employment more than 25 miles from any health club operated by the Seller or a substantially similar health club which will accept the Seller's obligation under the contract. 5.You may cancel this contract at any time, provided your account is in good status, by providing a thirty (30) day written notice of cancellation and paying a cancellation fee that is the lesser of $500.00 or 25% of the value of the unused sessions. Of course for any of these options to apply your membership would have to be paid current prior to us cancelling. Member, Personal training was deleted in the Peak System as of 12/31/2017 with 30 day notice for cancellation that was received on 12/01/2017 we replied to that same email request on 12/04/2017 letting you know that it would expire on 12/31/2017.The balance that you are being contacted about is for a disputed payment from 11/30/2017 which per our records was the last payment required for the pt agreement with notice to cancel. Because you disputed the payment your membership is now also behind on monthly dues. It may be best for you to contact us to further discuss the membership and information in regards to the pt that was once on your membership. Sincerely, Peak Payment
