I have no complaints for this companyThey financed me easily with no interest for the first daysI paid it off within those without interestMinus the dollar charge I only paid back what I borrowedCustomer service was EXCELLANT they were helpful and knowledgeable about my concernsI would recommend people to use their services

Worse company ever I was financing something for $paying $a month and I’ve paid them $and I thought I was halfway done paying it off and when I looked into it I seen that my apr is like 120% on a contract that I didn’t sign and none of this was ever discussed with meAnd so they expect me to pay them a total of about $by the time I’m done payingIf I knew this I would have never even went thru their companyThis company is a scam and doesn’t care about there customers

I had a terrible experience with EasyPay Finance and it has left me broke

I was approved really fast and got my truck lowered because I am in a wheelchair and a disabled veteran so easy pay helped meAnd that was a month ago, now I'm getting ready to make 1st payment and today I got email saying they didn't want to approve meWTF? I don't have the money to cover that loan Easy Pay just screwed me

If you can help it DO Not do any business with this company I was desperate and my car was in the shop, so I had to apply for a loan through this company (the only one the mechanic uses) I applied and was approved with no problem Fast forward days and easypay finance (one of the many names Duvera operates under) attempted to remove money from my account via ACH (Not only were they not authorized, but even if they were this was significantly before my due date)
Since I did not have the money in my account I was charged a feeSince I was charged a fee my phone bill that I did pay also was returned In all I was charged $from my bank and $from my electric company First I spoke with my bank and let them know this company did not have authorization to withdraw money from my account now or in the future
Next I called easypay and spoke with someone and I flat out told them I would not pay them a penny until they credited the amount of $off my account They have not done so So now they call at least times a day on each of my home phones, my cell phone, and my work phone When I answered the first time and told them again I won't make any payments until I get the credits they blew me off and continue to harass me Now I won't answer their calls from their main number so they are spoofing numbers that are local They should be shut down

A company (Easy Pay Finance) that doesn’t work with your customers is not a company that other small businesses should work withas a current customer who is now working hard to pay off yet another debt faster than ever I purchased a pet and financed with Easy Pay Financing interest free for daysI gave them my credit card and bank account number for automatic withdrawals and my first payment came and was declined and was contacted via text message about a declined paymentI immediately contacted the company about my mistake for forgetting to update my credit card we all have a lot of accounts and a lot of things going on so people do forget from time to time to do things Unfortunately this company is a stickler and adhere’s to the signed contract and sticks it to a customer the first chance they get in which they did to meSo for one forgetful mistake on my first payment ,my day interest free option became null and void so now I accrue 129% interest immediately So my choice is to pay it off with in the days which I can or just not pay it and push it into bankruptcy and they’ll never get their money and go out of business after Customers should have some sense of security with finance companies of all kinds with being able to work with them if an incident occurs of course case by case scenario I and other customers whom I hope my review reaches as many people as they can, shouldn’t use Easy Pay Finance or even shop at those business that carry this company as a finance option I should have known that this company is a bottom feeder but life gives you lemons and you make lemonade and you deal with it and make sure others know what they are getting into so they don’t make the same mistake Don’t look at me as the person who can’t pay my bills on time cause I do and don’t look down at me cause I had to use this optionI am not a person who is wealthy nor am I poorI can pay for my things with a little help but not with this company So I urge customers to truly look at your other options and for companies to look for these types of businesses that care about your customers as much as you do I have worked with other leasing type companies like this one and they are so much better and actually work with customersespecially when I got hit by Hurricane Irma here in Florida

Finance company that fails to disclose a noticeable terms and conditionsThey charge absurdly high interest rates and never told me anything of any "promotional period" which they bank on you missing to charge you moreI took out a loan in August of for $1,dollars which im still paying off bi-weekly at $to the current dateThey have charged me for payments coming to a total of over $for a minute loanIm on my 30th payment and have already given them $dollars over the amount I took out the initial loan for, and now after contacting them about their practices expect me to pay another $dollars to end the payments (which given the information they never disclosed to me except for a policy text talking nothing of a promotional period)This company is morally corrupt and should not be in business and upon seeing people have posted numerous reviews like mine should be seen as nothing more than a scamIts nothing more than a shady "credit" company thats does nothing more then put you in more of financial whole and the multiple complaints similar to mine should more than prove how unjust this company is

I got a $no interest loan til July but a $rebate processing fee on 4/10/18, ok my first payment was due 4/25/for $and $until I pay it off I paid $for that payment my amount is now so I made another $on may (411) then the next payment they overdrafted my account by taken another $when my payment was $and that put my bank account in the negative my lights got turn off because easypay took to much money out but anyways after that my ep account should have been should been $and that was on June so then my next payment comes around I call to make a payment of $on June ($261) got the confirmation number but they didn’t take the money off so when I called back July to pay the rest of the $they tell me they cancel my day rebate because my payment was return and no they didn’t give my $rebate back and that my balance and if I don’t pay that by July it would go up to almost $and when to tell them I was going to pay it t

This company financed $to fix my carIt was years agoWhen my agreement came I discovered it was 198%; auto deducted from my account and I had not agreed to either of those featuresI paid $something, and when I asked if I could pay more each month was told not possible in that I had "agreed" to the payment amountI did notThey also did not disclose the percentage rateI paid this loan for two years and finally paid it off this past month with $still owingThey are terrible and need to be stoppedTheir rates are usury and ridiculous!!!!

I bought a bedroom set back in May of 2017, when I purchased I paid down and to pay the remaining balance of 1500, with easy finance , I've been paying since then and my act still sits at so I paid $on it now they are saying I owe when the principal balance isthese people would not allow send early pay off they don't accept the furniture back this has been nightmare I'll never have credit if I have deal with companies like this

I was a victim of identity theftSomeone used my social to obtain a purchase with this companyI advised this company that I wasn't the person who did thisThey conducted a in house investigation and deemed it not fraudI was told to submit a police report to have this cleared upI did that with Chicago police deptI called the company back once I sent the police report and they told me they weren't removing this debt and asked me about settling this fraudulent debtI spoke with Easy Pay finance concerning this matter

Absolutely horrible serviceI had my account paid off and they called me a month or more later saying I owed almost the full ballance, stating I've only made two payments maximumAnd then added on ALL interest sending my 500$ to over 1000$ and told me I had been sent to collections, dinging my creditI sent in all documentation from my BANK and they "didn't recieve it" 2+ times!!! DO NOT GO THEOUGH EASY PAY FINANCE! Crooks! Scammers! And I will follow through with coming after my account
As I'm trying to resolve my account every time without fault I've asked for a supervisor and been told I was speaking with them, and been yelled at, cussed at, hung up on, and told to "pay my bills and this wouldn't be a problem"
