duvera charges crazy interest rates and its almost impossible to even pay! every single time I have tried to make an online payment I am left on a screen that doesn't allow me to log in! It has me change my password every single time and even after I do it, it still doesn't work! I have tried on multiple occasions to get in contact with them over the phone but they always have atleast people waiting ahead of memy total bill more than doubled over a week period over late fees

While at Meineke I was given an electronic pad to input my information on, however I was NEVER given or shown any documentation regarding the terms of this contract or do I recall signing anything(I.einterest rate, finance charges etc.…) Had I been given this information upfront I would not have agreed to such astronomica

I Am VERY pleased with the financing I received from EasyPay FinancialI went to an automotive repair shop with brake problem on Frod E-Van and discovered major issue, costing $ 1, The shop offered days same as cash from Duvera Billing Service DBA EasyPay FinanceYes it was a high interest rate IF not paid off in daysI paid off per the contract terms and paid NO interestWithout the days same as cash program, I would have been stranded while waiting to pull money from savings Could not drive off and delay repairsIt appears the main complaint with EasyPay Finance is people couldn't pay their contract in days and the high interest rate kicked inPeople need to seek less costly options to pay off contract if they can't pay in days

I will NEVER finance with Easy Pay Financial ever again!! I decided to use Easy Pay in November when we purchased our puppy I opted for the zero interest option to take advantage of making payments Every payment was auto drafted from my *** card on schedule, in January I receieved text message about a payment being returned so I immediatly contacted the company and let them know I had an issue with my *** card and would pay on my debit card so the payment would post I had no idea the payment attempted on January was going to be returned or I would have switched forms of payment I spoke with the account manager and he said unfortunately the zero interest promotion is now void because the payment was returned I explained why it was returned at 3:and was trying to make the payment the same day it was due and he said it doesn't matter how quickly you contact us we are still voiding the promotion which was the only reason I used Easy Pay I could totally understand if a day or two had gone by and I was late making the payment, but contacting them within minutes of being notified the payment was returned and trying to pay with my debit card should have been valid to maintain the promotion period I am very unhappy with is company and will never use them for anything Make sure you read every line of the contract, I am still shocked that they are not willing to accept payment within minutes of the autodraft being declined Terrible business and awful customer service

I needed car repairs that I had not budgeted for This was a great alternative I paid it off early and, like promised, I did not pay interest

I applied for credit with Family Furniture who uses Easypay Finance for financing and I was declined, I then started to have payments taken out of my account without my authorization and have called family furniture and easypay and asked them to stop because I was declined and I don't have any new furniture that I received Easy pay has declined, I had to file a reg E violation with my bank who was able to get my money returned however I have received a threatening phone call from EasyPay claiming that they are going to report this to the credit bureau and take me to small claims courts I do not know what to do now except report this to the credit bureaus

When working with AMERICAN AUTO REPAIR & TIRE located on S Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL I took in it for repair a gas leak which I already had diagnosedWhen they called me with the quote a day later they informed me other things were broken and the cost of repair would be over $This company is scamming people with overpriced quotes in order to get business for this finance companyWho gives out unbelievable rates my APR was 299.99% yes almost 300% which would bring my $payments to nearly $4,SCAM BAD BUSINESS
The repair company employees even lied to me trying to get me to sign the finance agreement before I was comfortable with the invoiceI do have video footage of the service I receivedI DO NOT RECOMMEND!

A fraudulent loan was processed in my name at this companyI did not speak to anyone at Easypay financing(Duvera billing services LLC) I did not authorize the loan to be processed, I was not present during the application processing, nor was I aware that this was being doneI did not sign for the loan, nor did I give authorization for anyone to digitally sign on my behalfI notified Easypay financing after receiving the email of the application, the application was still in the processing department so it could easily be cancelledI was shut down by their customer service department every time I attempted to resolve this matter and they went ahead and proceeded with the application processing without my authorization or signatureThey approved an application with the wrong last nameMost of the information provided on the application is wrong and they went ahead and processed it anywayI have went to the police and obtained a police report and an investigationI will take every legal avenue possible to stop this fraudulent loan and to defend my name and creditI have made multiple attempts to explain this to their customer service department and have tried to get in contact with a fraud professional at their company but was shut down every timeTheir customer service representatives are rude, unprofessional, aggressive, and borderline threateningAmanda in particular went as far as to lying about this company being Revdex.com accredited, when clearly it states online that they are not!
