Eric Pwas my plumber from Your PlumberThey actually came only hour after I called, which was important to meWe had a kitchen drain stoppage that turned out to be MUCH more complicated than it seemed to be at firstThere was A LOT of stuff stuck in the drain - hard, black greasy material that required extensive and prolonged snakingEric was cheerful through it all, including getting doused with some of the black liquidHe cleaned up after himself for the most part, although that stuff really gets everywhereThe most important part is that the drain worked well after all was said and done! I would rank his plumbing knowledge, service and good humor at a To be honest, his clewas a little lacking, although he tried really hard and had the cards stacked against him due to the nature of the material he was dealing withIt would not stop me from requesting him again, as I think he is an excellent plumber and a really personable guyThe price was more than initially quoted, but still pretty reasonable; the job took a lot longer than we initially thought it would take, mainly due to the nature of the problem

I was pleased with the service that I received from Your 1 Plumber LLC on Tuesday, 8/1/16. I called mid-morning and was able to get an appointment same-day. Erik, the technician was able to solve my problem. He offered some explanation and helpful suggestions for the next time I have issues with my hot water heater.

William did a fantastic jobHe was very communicative and thoroughAs a master plumber, I would easily recommend himMy gripe is with his companyWilliam was provided software to develop my estimateIt came out to $735, though the work only took an hourWe were in a bind and we needed our sink re-connected and blizzard Jonas was about to bear downThey had us over a barrelI feel that $for an hour of work is wildly excessiveI don't think it is fair that he had to use pre-canned estimates that ultimately screwed us on priceAgain, he did an amazing job, but I wouldn't recommend this company in the futureI'd love for a company rep to contact me and resolve this issue, but I'm not hopeful judging by the responses that others have received with similar concerns

William and Stacey and wilmer are the best, got same day service and got the problem fixed within an hour, when other companies get putting me off with other issues...I have used William and company several times before and still have my confidence on their work and will continue to do so

This is the first time we have called this business The service was exemplary We set an appointment online, which was confirmed by them by phone When it appeared that they would be late arriving, we received a call explaining the reason why When they arrived, they were polite, efficient, and explained what needed to be done before they began work They even gave us the price before hand We would definitely recommend this company to others

Your Plumber responded to my need for a new hot water heater immediately within minutes of my call William K was the service tech who helped me find the best price and installed the new water heater He was by far the most knowledgeable, efficient and polite service man I have ever met

Overall, I enjoyed my experience with Your 1 Plumber. I spoke with William when I made the appointment. He was knowledgable, reassuring, and polite. Erik arrived on time and was also quite knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. He even found something extra that needed to be repaired of which I was unaware and he did not charge me extra for that unforeseen repair. However, I have given lower ratings due to the price of the service. I have not had to call a plumber for quite some time and, in the past, they've always charged approx. $85 for a service call (1 Plumber charges $29). When I was given the estimate for my repair I was shocked at the price but I quickly calculated in my mind that by paying the $29 for the service call but no repair and then having another plumber come out at $85 plus whatever time and materials he put in it might be close to the amount I was charged by Your 1 Plumber. Not having the ability to compare this price to another company and their service I went ahead and had Your 1 Plumber do the work but I will wait before calling them in the future due to their prices.

I needed a plumber to change the flush valve in one of our toilets. So I went to our bulletin and called the plumber who is newly advertising. I think it is their first week. The job I needed done uses a $12 part and takes no more than 15 minutes. They quoted $268 for the job. That is a dishonest quote in my opinion. Also, they are a Maryland company and I cannot find a local address. Are they licensed in Florida?

Please find attached the invoice for **. [redacted], you will find just below his signature on the second page our warranties.  It covers the warranty for drain cleaning, which stats as follows; ALL DRAINS ARE WARRANTED FOR 30 DAYS WITH THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS: DRAIN...

WARRANTY’S VOID WHERE OUR SERVICE TECHNICIAN HAS DETERMINED DRAINAGE PIPING IS IN POOR CONDITION OR; WHERE NEGLECTFUL USE (FOREIGN OBJECT, GREASE IN DRAINS) IS APPARENT. TOILET STOPPAGES WARRANTED 24 HOURS ONLY.
We had cleared his drain approximately 45 days earlier from the recurrence, we have no control over what is put in the drains, we are happy to hear it was a county issue and was handled free of charge.  We do not believe that the two instances were related, therefore we don't understand why the customer is looking for a full refund considering the drains were working for 45 days or so.  We believe that the customer is not entitled to a refund.
We hope that this will resolve this issue.

We had cleared the drain the recurrence happened 45 days later and on county line not his sewer line therefore we had provided the service agreed too.  We believe it is unreasonable for the customer to ask for a full refund.
