Review: I'm writing in regards to a company called Shop 4 Engines... They sold ma to wrong motors and thats suppose to be there specialty... I told them I was on Social Security and would have to go over it with my worker.

They faxed over a request and somehow had it signed. Anyways now I still sit here with my second motor purchased from them and it wont work either. They ignore my calls never return calls and also changed there answering service. So I don't think that it is a legit company. They took advantage from me and all I want is my money back or at least a motor that will fit in my car.

I tried 2 get copy's of stuff from Shop 4 Engines and its still sitting I'm mailing 2day and asking if you maybe able 2 send me copys back.Desired Settlement: I want a refund or a motor for my dodge.

Review: I ordered and paid for a engine to be shipped to the shop here in Louisiana. The company received the check from my bank and deposited it. I tried for the last week to get a hold of someone at this company by phone and e-mail with no response. No email or phone call was returned about this matter. Engine was supposed to be finished and shipped out when they received the payment and they were supposed to send me a email with shipping information. I have heard nothing from this company for a week. I have tried multiple times to contact them about this.Desired Settlement: I either want the engine I paid for shipped out to the shop or I want a full refund for$964.00 the amount I paid for the engine and shipping.

Review: Since I can't seem to get an update concerning the transmission for the 2002 [redacted], I'm asking for a full refund in the amount of $849. I've called / emailed numerous times but still no response. In the beginning I would get a call from you at least twice a day now that you received payment, I've only heard from you once saying you received payment & part was being processed still on 10/15. If you were unable to provide the part you should have never taken /cashed payment from my bank. It has been almost a month since you cashed my check but still no part. I was told that once you received payment that I would have the part sent to the shop that was given to you, in a week but still no part. I feel like I'm being scammed go at this point I would rather get my money back than to take legal actions against your company. Which has changed their name for the third time. Review: I [redacted] had purchase a used engine to a 1999 Hyundai Tiburon 2.0L Liter. I had save up 400 dollars and sent in a money order. And never got the Tracking number to my packed. Its a poor Delivery. I been calling and calling hoping somebody answer my call an say something But no response. I call the money order hotline and told me that the money order been cashed. So I ask can yall help me on getting my money back or Just help me on the motor I purchase. I would like that. Review: I ordered a cylinder head from this business after being contacted through email. I made a phone call to them and ordered by phone. My payment was made through my bank's bill pay system because I thought that was a safe payment method. After making the payment, I waited the appropriate amount of time for delivery but never received the item. Numerous calls to the number I used to order the part went unanswered and my messages were never returned. After doing some research it appears I am not the first to have this problem. Also finding multiple phone numbers and a couple different addresses for the business. Review: I purchased a transmission on May 4. The check was cashed and still nothing. They said it would be shipped but when they did answer the phone they kept saying its in final inspection. I sent in a money order to help pay for the engine and shipping costs but after 3 weeks I haven't received any confirmation that the engine has been shipped or is in the progress of being shipped.Desired Settlement: The cashiers check has gone through and the bank has given me your information for help getting my money back if possible. I have attached a copy of the order form sent to me by the company and also a copy of the money order. My number is ###-###-####.
