Review: I sent a money order to Shop 4 Engines for the amount of $749.00 to purchase a motor for a 91 Honda Accord on December 9-13. I have not received my engine, I have called numerous times with no response.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate any way you could assist me in getting my money returned.

Review: I ordered a used transmission for a '95 Honda Accord at the end of November. On Dec. 1st I spoke to [redacted] (I believe his last name is [redacted] according to the state records for the company Shop-4-Engines, or S4E, which are different names he uses for his "business"). He confirmed that he had recieved my check for $459 - which was subsequently cashed on Dec. 3rd - and that the transmission had been inspected and was ready to go. He said that they were waiting for the shipper and that he would e-mail me the tracking number and the estimated time of arrival. When I didn't receive the information, I called again on Dec. 4th. Again I spoke with [redacted] who told me that the transmission had already been shipped, that it takes 4-6 business days. He said the shipping department either forgot to get the information or forgot to send it to me. He assured me that he would immediately get that information and e-mail to me. When I didn't receive the e-mail I called again on Dec 5th. There was no answer so I left a message on the answering machine. I repeated this again on Dec. 6th and then every day from Dec 8th until yesterday. Dec. 12th. During this time the answering service changed, I left messages, but there was no return call. I also sent an e-mail on Dec. 9th which was never answered.I am 66 years old, living on Social Security, and must have an operable vehicle. The loss of this money and the amount of time I've been left without a car has caused a great deal of difficulty for myself and my disabled wife. Although I would like not just the $459 dollars back but compensation for these problems, I would settle for a full refund.Desired Settlement: A full refund

Review: My spouse [redacted] and I ordered a motor for our 2002 Chevy Trailblazer. I made the payment of $949 on 2/13/2014. Yourpartsmanager.com received payment and cashed the check on 2/24/2014. I was told that once they received payment my motor will be shipped within 3 days. I have yet to receive the motor and have requested a refund of my money. I have sent 3 emails to the business. Received one response saying motor being checked and have not heard anything as of today. Have called and left messages and no one is calling me back. I want my money back from the company.Desired Settlement: I want the company to refund my money. That's what I want. My MONEY back.

Review: We contacted the company thru [redacted] to purchase a engine from them on April 8th, we spoke to [redacted] and he emailed us the label to be tracked and we were told that C.O.D shipping would not work due to the fact that the carrier wanted to charge double the fee. He ask if we could send a credit card to keep on file and we declined to that and he asked if we could send a money order or cashiers check. On April 9th a cashiers check was send to address S4ELP, 1246 w. Lathrop Rd #212, Manteca, CA 95336-9671.We then asked the people at [redacted] Automotive in which the car was there awaiting on the engine to be fixed if they had received the engine yet. As of April 15th, nothing had been received. So we had contacted the local post office to have it tracked using the label they had faxed to [redacted]. Nothing pulled up but a 2lb package that was supposed to have been sent to them. After that finding we contacted a post office in Manteca and gave the same tracking number, and they had the same findings. Nothing for a engine had been found. So we have been trying to contact the company and the man that we had been talking to for over 3 weeks. With no success and no returned called! They have cashed the check and we still haven't received an engine or a refund. I have sent a email as well as leaving several messages requesting a refund of $645.It is now April 30th and we haven't heard back from them at all.Sincerely yours, [redacted]Desired Settlement: The amount of $645, plus the amount to have my car towed in and out to another place since the part never came we had to move the car off the property, Total amount$785.

Revdex.com, I am declining the comment from Yours part manangement. We have not had any more contact with them since the first of April. They sent a phony tracking label which is for a item that wighes 2 lbs sent from us, Mr. [redacted] which they created and we never authorized. I can proof that they never contacted [redacted] automotive in which the engine was suppose to be sent. If you can provide me with a fax number, then I would be happy to fax you a copy of the label as well as the person we talked to at the post office which told us it was not a label for an engine. They ensured us it would be delivered within 10 business days. After cashing the cashiers check we never heard from them again. this all took place the last week of March and the beginning of April.

Review: Ordered and paid for a used engine, (SOHC 16V 1.6L engine for 1996 GEO 4X4 Tracker; The company invoice #[redacted]); $849.00 paid with personal check #[redacted]. The check cleared our bank account at end of November 2014. December 3rd I sent an e-mail to inquire status of engine and they responded back stating they had just returned from the holiday and the engine would be sent at the end of the week. Have been calling and e-mailing since approximately the 10th of December due to no contact since the 3rd. Continued to attempt contact every other day. The last week I have called or e-mailed every day and still no response. (I have left messages every time I called). Again no response. At this point, I just want my money back. Our check was made out to- S4E LP -as per the company "Your Parts Manager" requested.Desired Settlement: Want FULL refund for $849.00!!!!

Review: I bot a motor from s4e auto. On 12 09 14 they got the money. It has been a month and no motor no emails and I have called a number of time and left messages. They have not responded to any of the ways that I have contasted them. I want my motor or my money back.Desired Settlement: My money back or my motor.

Review: On June 26, 2014 payment was made on a transmission discussed over the phone with merchant. On June 30, 2014 transmission was to be shipped. Today is July 14, 2014 and I have not been sent any receipt for payment nor shipping information regarding this item or have not received any call since my last call and communication with merchant on July 1, 2014. I have been calling and have had no answer. I tried to communicate thru their website but it's been pulled down. E-mails are not being answered.Desired Settlement: I want my hard earned MONEY BACK!!!!!

Review: On 2/25/2014 I paid 1,524.00 for an engine having 70k miles for a Honda crv 2005 U vin England build. This purchase never happened I NEVER GOT MY ENGINE,but they got my money. No engine ever came, last email from them was 3/12/2014 stating the engine was in testing and I never heard from them again. When you call this company the voice mail says,"we are out of the office please leave your name and number we will return your call." I just want my money back! They have my money and I have no engine and I never hears from them again and the date is 5/23/2014.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of $1,524.00 and them to pay a fine for taking advantage of who are in need of help. I would like them to be put in jail for fraud. I want then to return my $1,524.00

Review: I placed and signed a confirmation receipt on an order for a automatic 4wd e40d transmission on 8/20/2014. Payment was received from the company and deducted from my account on 8/22/2014. As of this date 9/17/2014 I have not received my order!!! I have called and left several messages as well as emailed the company to try and find out where my product is or at least get a refund for the cost of my product. I have received no contact back in regards to this matter. I paid this company 749.00$ and feel very violated in this matter. I feel I have been robbed. Review: On 6/4/14 I order an engine for my 2005 scion. I was told that once the company received payment they would be sending me the engine to my mechanics shop. I sent payment on a personal check for the amount of $549.00 which was cashed on 6/10/14. After that day I emailed them on 6/9/14 they responded and said the engine was being clean and prep for delivery, On 6/12/14 I called again to check on the status and the person who answered the phone said that is was ready to be shipped out and they were just waiting for the truck. So on 6/13/14 I decided to call again to and since then until today 6/19/14 I have not received a call back nor a return email. I left numerous voicemails and emails and no answer back. All I want to know is what is going on with the engine I order. I was told the engine would be delivered four days after payment and it has been two weeks now of nothing being done. If they do not have the product please just return my money back to me and If you do have the engine please send it ASAP I need my vehicle fixed.Desired Settlement: Please send the Engine for my 2005 Scion or return my money to me in the amount of $549.00

Review: Been working with these guys for several months to purchase an engine for my camry, no problems with them answering my calls or returning my calls until order was made and my check was cashed. Now they will not answer my calls nor will they return my calls. I try everyday several times a day, maybe up to 10 to 12 calls everyday. No answer, no return call, no engine. Filed complaint with my local authorities, nothing yet. I have left messages to cancel my order and give me a full refund. No response and no refund. It has been about 1 month so far.Desired Settlement: The only acceptable resolution to this problem is a full refund of my $749.00, paid immediately. This is all I will accept and I have left countless messages to this company letting them know this.

Item was shipped to the address provided by the customer on 2/5. Delivery attempt made on 2/13. Delayed due to weather. Customer refused shipment because they did not have equipment to unload the truck. At time of order, customer declined extra services to assist with unloading. Customer notified by email on 2/14 that the item was available for pick at the freight terminal or at their site for an additional charge. No response. Phone number provided by the customer is not a working number.
