Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: The moving company is not telling you the truth The truth is that they dropped the freezer before they even got it in the house They never indicated they were concerned about it not fitting and no one EVER said that we were responsible for damages if they damaged it They dropped it against the wall once it was inside the home When I called Peter Smith on 10/10/to report the damage, he told me that he already turned it into his insurance company because his foreman already told him about the damageHe advised me that I would hear from the insurance company by 10/13/ When I didn't, I called him again on 10/14/ He told me that he could have someone out to take a look at the freezer on 10/21/to see if they could fix it; however, they never showed up I immediately called Peter Smith to find out why his guy never showed up That is the point in time when Peter Smith stopped taking my phone calls Sincerely, Marilyn Gleason

That's a lieIf all this went on, why would he tip the moversHe did have to rent a trailer because he had more items then he said over the phoneHe said he had a one bedroom apartmentHe had enough items to furnish a two bedroom houseHe is upset because we didn't drop the trailer off for him We did not even charge his card, he charged his own card on our devicesI have documents

The agreement was house for $The agreement was for moving a one bedroom apartmentWhen the workers arrived, it was a bedroom house, we let her know that it was going to take longer and the price would changeShe said she only had $That that moment we let her know that we could not move herSorryOur workers can't work for to hours and only get paid for hoursLike she said, we arrived

When the movers got to the home and did a walk through they explained to the customers brother that the freezer wasn't going to fitAt that moment they ex to him that if they try to fit the freezer and something gets damaged that were not responsible for the damage sHe said that he understands, he started to help themThe card got disassembleHe said that he would take care of itdays later we received a phone call and we explained to her what happened

She downsized from a huge 4,sq ft home to a 1,sq ft home. We can only put items where we can put them. She had times the amount that could fit. If there is anything damaged before we move it, we point it out to the customer and they say it is okay. She cannot try to blame me. There were no holes in the wall. There was a mistake with the leg of the couch hitting the stairs and I fixed it. I do not owe her anything. There is nothing about her downsizing to the much much smaller home that has anything to do with us. She paid for two 26-ft truck loads. We filled up the truck twice and moved it. I told her another load would cost another $and she didn't want to do that

I explained to him that when we come and move you, in our contract, it states electronics not in the original box are not our responsibility. The TV was not in the box, we padded it up, and he said it didn't work when the cable company tried to hook it up. I told him he cannot tell us
that because it was in our contract that he signed. I am not giving him $

We just spoke to the husband and set a time on Wednesday morning at 11am for the repair man to come out

We moved this customer in February and a rack was damaged by our workers, so when she called us back in May, we have here 50% offIf we did so much as a bad job the first time why will she call us backShe's upset because, in between the two moves, she call one of our workers that's no longer with
this company directly to move her for a cheaper priceWe told her that we had nothing to do with that move because she didn't go through our companyIf she would have went through our company, then it would be our responsibility
