As a company, we have the right to dictate our terms of cancellationOur Terms and Conditions state that clients must make a verbal cancellation request to our Client Development departmentWe do not accept emailed requests to cancel due to security reasonsAn account will stay active until the client places a day notice verbal noticeMr [redacted] has been a client for more than years so we do not have his IP address on record for agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, but because he used the product for 10+ years this constitutes agreement to our servicesThe Terms have been emailed to him each time there is a change and they were readily available in the admin panel of his websiteZ57's cancellation policy states as stated in terms: After the cancellation period provided in paragraph above, you may cancel monthly service by providing us with days prior notice You will be responsible for any charges incurred after day notice is given, which includes, but is not limited to, monthly website hosting, domain renewals, email services, traffic products, or any other services purchased from ZAn email will be sent to the email address on file to confirm cancellation In order to protect your account, if you wish to cancel your service, you must contact ZClient Development via telephone at (800) 899- [redacted] so that we can authenticate that your are the authorized account userAll cancellation requests must be verbally communicated directly to a ZClient Development RepresentativeZResolution: Zwill not be providing Mr [redacted] with a refund since we processed his verbal cancellation request the day he called

I DID NOT have monthly website hosting, domain renewals, email services or any other items provided by ZI had all of this on my own Nowhere did it say: "After the cancellation period provided in paragraph above, cancellation of a service that is still under contract will result in immediate billing of any remaining contract months" It seems that I am targeted at this point as my monthly billing ($49.99) was what I was to be charged for my "day notice" I stand by my first and follow up report A refund of the $charged to my card without permission and two months credit $ Regards, [redacted]

Again, I would refer to the online complaints of this company so we may move forward What is the next step to elevate this process? This Company is despicable......they are now hiding out on in the Real Estate Community under other names....pretending to be a different organization, then calling you up to sell you even more servicesWhen I told them that I had a horrible experience years ago, that they owed me money hundreds of dollars in reimbursement, actually lied to the Revdex.com...I received not an understanding tone, but a argument response! I then asked for the Manager, the person said he was (right like the Manager makes sales calls!), finally I was given to someone else, who likely wasn't a real Manager, and then argument continued....NOT EVER did anyone care to listen to what happened a few years ago, instead they wanted to insist that I must have signed up with them again....which I would NEVER do When finally the guy admitted it must have been through another Company that is affiliated with them, he said he would note not to call meA co worker asked me, were you on the phone with the same company from a few years ago, I said yes....she laughed that this was still going on ...they should be closedAND they promote on their Website Revdex.com Approved, that is how I got here, I clicked on it to see these approval comments and they were all COMPLAINTS!! And my Complaint was never resolved!!!
