Recommended by HomeAdvisor.com, these were the people that bothered to respond to my request for serviceTemporarily incapacitated by a recent surgery, I asked them to repair gutters damaged by others during my roof replacement, which they did promptlyRepairs seem to be holding I also asked in adding a storm door, in which they were also interestedThis was a little more involved and to be fair, they were not particularly familiar with the brand of door I purchasedIt took longer than I am sure they'd allowed, and on the next day, the boss showed up to inspect and make minor improvements to the installation All-in-all the work turned out satisfactorily for this customer whom is both a perfectionist and one who is intimately familiar with construction techniquesIt was unfortunate for them that the job took longer than they'd expectedUnfortunate also that I had to make a hanpresence But they stayed with the job cheerfully until I was satisfied and never hinted at anything other than the agreed price It must also be noted that they responded when no one else did and showed up when they said they would They did exactly what they said they'd do for exactly what they said they'd charge, and were very pleasant all the while These are qualities that are not always readily available when searching for assistance with repairs Actually one of the better hiring experiences I've had

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint As previously mentioned and acknowledged verbally by [redacted] at wrist-band.com, “There’s a glitch in their ordering system” During the ordering process I used my “Back” button on my browser and went back into the order [redacted] confirmed that doing so is what likely caused the problem The “default” band is the ¼” band, and therefore going back changed the band size as well as the shipping information I’d entered Knowing there’s a problem with their online ordering system and not correcting the issue is negligence on the company’s part I am therefore requesting a full refund As far as offering a discount; yes, the company did offer 5% discount if I wish to reorder the bands in the original size requested ( ½ “ ) It was only going to cost me an additional $***! This order was never charged for any additional amount at all.Also the charges being claimed are very well informed on the order receipt at the bottom as disclaimer which you can see on the order receipt attached for this customer when the order is placedAlso we provided sufficient screenshot proof showing the charges being effectiveOnce customer updated us that he had personally picked up package form [redacted] facility we immediately opened a dispute with [redacted] for the same to be investigatedWe have never charged the customer so far and intact replied to him in writing that his response and cooperation was appreciated and we will recheck the issue with [redacted] as they did charges us as the shipper for that cost on the orderThe customer was never contacted again and we have no idea why he felt of being "scammed" Also we never save any customer banking information to maintain privacy of customersIf we had to charge on any card on files which we don't have we would have done that already and not contacted customer for any approval for the costAttached are all proofs

No contract was provided Immediately after inserting my credit card information for payment, I chatted online with a live agent to confirm my order had processed correctly since I didn’t receive immediate summary or confirmation of the order I was informed that the order had processed and I would receive an email confirmation within a few hours When I finally received the confirmation I checked the spelling and quantity I never noticed the errors with my billing and shipping address or the band size error I have attached a copy of the email for your review When I contacted wrist-band.com a representative ( [redacted] ) admitted they have had some glitches with their website, however would not offer any resolution to the problem and suggested even that I replace the order for express deliver at $*** The initial order was $***

I do not refute that the "proof" stated QTY as I explained that I thought it listed like this because the extra was a promo offer and thought it may be tracked by your company differently
Regarding the "invoice," the first time I saw the actual invoice was on Feb 24thWhen I requested a date stamped email proving that you sent me one prior to that, my request was not honoredIt is not in my junk or spam folder not did any other email coming from you go into my spam or junk foldersBut if you sent it prior to Feb 24th, you should be able to prove that
I do not accept your offer of free wristband on a future order as remedy for thisYou have cheated me out of either bands or $on this order
From the reports to the Revdex.com regarding your practices, this seems to be a standard one, so you will not receive one more red cent from me

FedEx has tried to deliver three times and every time there was no one to accept the package
When you called regarding the complaint it was too late and the package already in transit (returning back to our office )
We still tried to halt
the package but in vain , now the package will return back to our office and we cannot reship the package for free

The order has been refunded back to customer and on the next order we promised 12% off which is more than normal discount on order.

I have been waiting for my refund from a cancelled order for 55 days and after 3 requests and receiving the same answer that my refund will be received in the next 3 to 5 business days, I still have not received it. I have contacted the customer service team again today for a 4th time. I was again assured that my refund will be expedited. I have very little confidence that this will be the case. I am EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED in this VERY POOR LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Perhaps the company only cares about fulfilling orders, but has no regard to keep the customer satisfied for any future business if they needed to cancel an order.

The interior was embossed with a comedians website and name, he was not happy and thought we ordered the product that way without his permission. Copyright violation.
