Boots
Purched a 110.00 pair of Boots. I loved them until I wore them in snow and 30 degrees weather. Feet were soaked and freezing. Very very unhappy. So DISAPPOINTING. WOULD RATE -10 IF I COULD. Makes things worse my sister also purchased the Brand of boots. AND EXACT SAME THING. I was the v one to recommend this boots. What a shame.

lined raincoat
I purchased a zeroxposur lined rainjacket about a month ago wore it 2 x the first time I wore it I got soaked in a rain storm, the second time the zipper broke. I feel this jacket was a failure in EVERY WAY! Do you think someone will ever do something about these numerous complaints?

Youth size 16 girl's snowpants
I purchase a pair of snowpants for my daughter. She wore them a total of 5 x's. They literally fell apart at the seams after five times worn. Horrible craftsmanship and a waste of eighty dollars. I am about to log a complaint with the better business buerau.I wish I could get a refund.

Does anybody read these, or is this just here to make it look like someone at Zeroxposur cares? Just wondering.

I bought a Zeroxposur short jacket several years ago and loved it; I wore it through several Wisconsin winters and only decided to get a new winter jacket because a seam was coming apart (fixable, easily), and I decided it was time for something new. I was happy to find another Zeroxposur brand longer jacket with a zipout lining and I wore it for several months without the lining. Loved it!
Then the weather got colder and I decided to put the lining in. Oops! It's a smaller size than the jacket itself -- very tight! -- and, being made of a furry pile fabric, doesn't slip easily over most fabrics except very silky tops -- not what I usually wear in the winter. It appears that I probably won't get any satisfaction from complaining to this website, but I would like to suggest that a smoother fabric facing the outside of the lining would be great, and a lining that matches in sizing to the jacket would also help. In theory, it's a lovely jacket and I was really thrilled to find it, but in practice I probably will have to wear it without the lining, which isn't much use for a winter jacket in a cold climate.

Zeroxposur bought my 6 year old son a winter coat and he has worn it 3 times and the zipper snapped in half. So mad.

I purchased a ZeroXposure jacket and am having the seams coming apart after one month. Very disappointed. I work at a retailer and will tell everyone purchasing this jacket not to purchase it due to the lack of workmanship. Should have seen that when loose threads were on the outside. Very disappointing.

Review: I purchased a ALEX 4 WAY STRETCH JKT: White #[redacted] from the Aafes exchange in Sept 2014. The coat sit in my closet until the end of October due to the fact the weather did not required the need for a heavy coat. Due to the fact we don't have extreme cold weather in Washington most of the time coat was not worn. It is a white coat with some black on it. When I went to wash the coat in January it bleed (the black bled (I think this was mostly from the sleeve) onto the white). In January I went to take it back to Aafes and was told they could not take it back without a receipt. I was out of town for a few weeks after that when I got back in town I located the receipt and went back to Aafes to return it to be told it was after 90 days and they can not take it back and even if I would of had a receipt in January they would not of taken it back.

I paid $99.00 for a coat that was suppose to be a good brand to only be able to wear a few times for two months. I would of expect more from a coat that cost that much.

I then contacted xeroxposure and was told by them that they have in their contract with their retailers that purchase were suppose to be able returned not 2 years later but within reason. I then asked the lady at xeroxposure if I could get her name and she hung up on me. I then called Aafes back and again was told No they would not exchanged it.

What I would like to get out of this is either my money back or a new coat that will not bled.

Please tell me if there is anything I can do to get this matter taken care of.

I have purchased a coat for my 20 yr. old daughter, its a long coat , black in color with a hood with fur. maybe called a fashion downs -longer length ... the coat is coming apart at the seams and the down or looks like feathers are coming out at the seams.. (very unattrative) and it is not suitable to wear..for the cold winter months in Wisconsin. I purchased the coat at [redacted] ... a high rated store for purchasing coats in the Milwaukee areDesired Settlement: I would like to have a new coat- that does not have the feathers coming out of the seams.. as the one I bought her, the seams are coming apart. With her being a college student, she needs something that will stand up to the cold winter months in Wisconsin and keep her warm

Review: I purchased a jacket from this company in Nov. The down jacket that I purchased sheds so many feathers that it is ruining my attire. The feathers float all over my house, ruin my sweaters, and stick to my clothing. I am picking an over abundance of feathers off of myself daily and a lint roller does not take them off - I am having to use heavy duty tape. I have emailed the Zeroxposure company and my email got forwarded to someone named [redacted] in China, who asked for pictures; which I sent multiple pictures to him and now he will not respond to any emails, up to and including the email in response to the pics I sent. Very unhappy with this product.Desired Settlement: I would like a jacket that actually keeps me warm and that I want to wear. I dread wearing it daily because I have to pick off feathers before I can present myself in any situation. I want a new jacket.

Review: I bought a jacket that was supposed to be waterproof but instead it absorbed the water. I contacted the company to receive a refund or a replacement but they have not responded to my emails. It has been two weeks and still no response. I also told them I would contact the Revdex.com but still no response.Desired Settlement: I want a replacement for my jacket.

Review: ZeroXposre winter coat. Zipper pull cracked and therefore zipper will not close. Zipper pull eventually broke in half. The coat is also defective at the bottom where the pull coard goes through to tighten the coat. It is all ripped and frayed. Would love a new coat, but would be happy enough with a new zipper pull so at least the coat can be worn by my son at college! There is no way to contact ZeroXposure via email, [redacted], or phone.Desired Settlement: All I am asking for is a new zipper pull so that I can have it installed on the coat.

Review: In January 2013, I purchase a Zeroxposur jacket from Meijer. I purchased it at the recommendation of another customer who had purchased the same style jacket and was indicating how warm and comfortable the jacket was. Besides her comments, I was drawn to the stylish look of the jacket.

Since it was at the end of our winter season, I really hadn't had much of an opportunity to try it out. As we started getting into the cooler weather this season, I started wearing it. It was warm enough once we hit 50 degrees. As the temperature got colder, I became more and more disappointed with the jacket. I needed to use a roller daily to clean off the down pieces from whatever clothing was in contact with the jacket. After 2 months of daily wear this 'winter season', the zipper broke - the bottom part of the zipper where you join the 2 pieces to start the zipper closure. I am far from being a seamstress so I did the best I could with the zipper install. Since the jacket needed to be opened up to replace the zipper, I took at look at the layers of the jacket and noticed that there was hardly any down in the jacket so I took the liberty of adding some regular stuffing, especially in the arms. For now, that has seemed to solve the warmth issue. Although the jacket is listed as Zero Xposur, it hardly lives up to the name.

I emailed the company on 1/**/14 and haven't gotten a response yet.Desired Settlement: I don't want another down jacket though. I am incredibly leery about the quality and warmth of these jackets. I would like a jacket that would protect me against very cold temperatures -such as 0 degrees F.

Review: I have purchased multiple jackets from this company. My daughters jacket is less than a month old and the zipper is broken. My son also had a jacket made by them and his zipper also broke. I have tried multiple times contacting this company with no response at all. I tried multiple times in 2014 in regards to my sons jacket and multiple times this year 2015 in regard to my daughters jacket with no response. I would like to get these jackets replaced because they are retail of $220 a piece.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and or replacement for my jackets.
