Review: I called Studio Ray 7 times and left message w/customer services. Never got a call back. On the last call today I said if I don't receive a call back today, that I would file a complaint w/ Revdex.com. All I wanted to ask them & tell them that I purchased the ZeroXPosur Down Filled ZX Jacket in November 2013 and that I thought that after 3 1/2 months that the jacket would stop putting feathers all over my tops. I love the jacket but it's putting feathers all over the place. When ever I take off the jacket my top is all full of white feathers and they flew all over when I take the jacket off. All I want to know if they have any suggestions to stop the annoying feather all over the place or maybe this jacket is defected. I love the jacket because it's the warmest jacket I ever had, just can't handle feathers everyway.Desired Settlement: If there is no solution to fix my jacket, maybe it's defected and needs to be replaced.
