[redacted],  we never ship used products, please understand that the product from factory comes with no memory.  You ordered the product with a 32GB so we opened up the package and simply put the memory in the box and closed it.  I am really sorry you felt it was used before we did that but...

the product has never been used before. We just took off the wrapper and opened up the box to put in the memory card you ordered and closed it back up.  I do sincerely apologize that you felt the product was used and as a good gesture we will issue you a full refund with out the restocking fees.

We are waiting to receive the product back from the customer, the refund cannot be issued until we received the product back in its original condition.  If the customer has proof that it has been delivered please let us know the tracking number.

[redacted]They are lying, which based on the hundreds of complaints about this business online, is clearly not the first time.  The package was delivered by [redacted] Track # [redacted] at 1:03 PM on 6/14/2017 and signed by a WEATHERAL  THE PRODUCT NEVER WORKED, AND IT WAS RETURNED IN THE ( EXACT ) SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS RECEIVED AS.

The Zetronix business has not read my original comments and only recently, after I filed this complaint, sent an credit invoice stating that the are refunding the amount , only not reimbursing the [redacted] ground shipping charge as I also indicated on the complaint.  I had to ship the product back because they were not cooperating after many many unanswered calls and written complaints on their portal. Zetronix now owes me for the shipping to RMA the products, which were not compatible.  Zetronix sold a Dash Cam and Wiring harness that was not compatible with their own product.   They would not answer the calls or complaints.  They had sent an adapter that was not compatible.  The response to my complaint is an avoidance  or omission of facts.  Their product was not compatible and they would not answer my calls, the product was not as described online.  They claimed to offer to send another adapter after all of this mess of not answering calls or complaints.  They destroyed my faith and caused expenses as I set up an appointment to have it installed and the product advertised was not compatible with their own adapter as it was included in the wiring harness package.  Simply not the right one.  They are skirting the truth by saying that they would send one that was missing.  I informed that I wanted a RMA and they refused to pay for shipping to return it.  This was all caused by their ongoing deception and lax customer service.  They were extremely hard to work with and dishonest.  This company should be shut down after they reimburse my shipping return expense as they were deceptive and absentee.

It is so very easy for someone to lie I have the dates and time that I called still in  my phone log why does their anawer service say leave message and number if they don't plan to contact you that way beside I tried email it did not work so now it has been over 6 weeks now what

Sometimes the post office fails to scan package along the way, which would result in no information updated, or the tracking number was check very early by the recepient and not looked at the next day.Whatever the case, tracking number [redacted]  shows that the package was delivered on the 28th.You can confirm this information at [redacted].com.That is [redacted].com and NOT [redacted].com.

[redacted] I am very sorry about that I have started investigation in your un-returned calls,emails and msgs. I am also searching for your products that were returned to us.  Do you have a tracking number so we can locate them better?

Our records show that this customer did not respond to our email. Responding to the email they sent would be the appropriate way to contact our order department in regards to their product. We have no note indicating that any voicemail from them that explained anything were received.The customer can...
