You can keep trying to say that you offered me an adapter and I refused but the truth in the matter is that the adapter that you had previously sent to me was entirely wrong. A business cannot expect a customer to tolerate such a high degree of deception, lax customer service, rude behavior and incompatible product alignment. Overall this is a product that requires another solution.  It was time to cut ties with the Zetronix business as I find your dishonest and corrupt sales tactics to be exhausting, costly and time consuming.   You do owe me for shipping charges to return your incompatible products. You should tell the customer up front that the Zetronix Dash Cam and the Zetronics Wiring harness required an additional adapter because they are incompatible. You should return phone calls and written portal messages. I also posted a [redacted] review of your business and found a lot of other very very unhappy people saying similar angry comments about Zetronics.   Regards,

Hello, let it be known that after receiving correspondence through the Revdex.com that they would be issuing a refund, as they should, they sent me complete crap, the refund still hasn't shown up in my account. And they keep sending me emails wanting me to review their business. LOL..  Obviously that would not be a good review, so I haven't done it.. My mother always said, if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all. Their return procedure is ridonkulous, and I still haven't gotten my money back. No one EVER answers a phone.  And the product never at anytime worked.  They have hundreds of complaints online, yet they have the absurd audacity to act like me the customer is the problem, when they did not send RMA procedures in the package, and no one ever answered a phone after two weeks of trying to work with them and be patient. The first I heard about it was after I sent them back the item, I then got an email.. Regards,

[redacted],I am very sorry your product was defective, we shipped you a new product on Feb 8th as soon as you told us there was a problem.  Our office is located in Boston and because of the state of emergency declared by the gov''t [redacted] was not operating which delayed your package....

 We tested a new product and its on it way to you, you can track it via [redacted] and should be delivered any day.  I am sorry about the unforeseen delay due to the weather.

We have issues the a customer a full refund as requested.
