Horrible customer service. Do not answer calls or respond to e-mail. Shipped me wrong DVD months ago called and send them e-mails and have not gotten any response!

Numerous complaints with better business bureau. Be advised this company is not legit.

They take your money and keep the dvd

My DVD shipped in one week and arrive in another week (Florida to California). I am very happy with that service. The quality of the picture & sound was very good.

I wish I'd read these reviews before I placed an order with Zeus DVDs! My credit card was charged immediately, but nothing was ever shipped The owner didn't reply to my polite inquiry (My credit card company has since reversed the fraudulent charge, but it required time and effort)

I ordered a movie from Zeus that was virtually impossible to find anywhere elseI was hesitant because of all the negative reviews on here & elsewhere, but most of the reviews found issue with the waiting period which is addressed on Zeus' website wherein he states he's a one man operation and orders may take longer than what we've come to expect now-a-daysAnyway, I placed my order 12/18/and received a confirmation email the next day, a "change of status to 'Completed'" notification on 12/20, and a shipping notification on 12/I received my purchase on 12/and immediately popped it into my MacBookI am beyond happy with my purchaseThe DVD is a burned copy type and not an 'original' (which is what I expected since I ordered what was a made for TV movie that was never released for purchase), but it was excellent quality, especially given how old this movie is/was I would definitely recommend Zeus (just remember patience is a virtue), and I won't hesitate to make purchases from him in the future

I found a DVD in their collection that I have been looking for for a few years and have not been able to find until I found ZeusI ordered it, and it did take a little over a month for it to arrive, but it is here and I am loving it

Still awaiting an order from May 14th even thought they have taken my money no delivery yet.

I have bought 2 DVDs from Zeus and both 2 years apart the first came in 3 weeks the last I ordered April 1, 2019 and It came today June 29 2019 I have to say the DVDs are rare and no one else has most of the prices are low and the quality is wonderful to excellent so if you can sit back and wait 3 weeks to 2 months...it will arrive just don't be in a hurry one man runs the entire website I think he should post that it could take 3-8 weeks to ship and he would get repeat costumers more often

After reading some of the on-line comments about Zeus, I hesitated to order a somewhat rare DVD but decided to go forward anyhow Very happy with the results, I got my obscure DVD, it was in excellent condition Took a little longer than I expected but...worth the wait Would recommend this company to my friends

I ordered from Zeus well aware of the complaints and didn't expect much, but I got my DVD in a very short time (only a week or two)! And I could not find this DVD anywhere elseI am very pleasedI'm guessing this business is run by one person and sometimes life gets in the way of professionalism, but it's clear this isn't a scam, in any case

After reading reviews here (both positive and negative), I decided to give them a chance in order to get a very hard to find filmI placed the order on Thursday June 14th, 2016, and got notification the following Monday that the order was finalizedThe item was received, in excellent condition, the following ThursdayAs this is listed as a "one man operation", I might not order more than a few DVD's at a time out of respect to the owner, but I will definitely purchase from them again

I was ecstatic when I discovered this websiteI ordered five impossible to find DVD's from ZeusTwo or three days later I received a shipping notice with the tracking number "not available." About two weeks later when I had not received the DVD's I clicked the link on the email to "track shipment." The link only took me back to my original order marked "complete." That's when I noticed there was no Contact Us link on the website and no information on where the company was locatedThe only thing left for me to do was reply to the Notice of Shipment emailI did this once a week for the next three weeksI never received a replyI finally had to make a complaint with my credit card/bank to reverse the chargeAnd then a miracle occurredI received part of the orderThe shipment date on the envelope was after the date of my complaint to my bankThe DVD's I did receive were very good, much better than some DVD's I have received from other sellersBut the order is incompleteI am still owed two DVD'sThe website does state that it may take "awhile" for the order to be completed, but who knows what "awhile" isThe site should not send a shipment confirmation until the item is really shipped and definitely should not charge your credit card until the order is completeIf that had been done, I would have no complaintThe company would also get more business from me if my emails had been answeredI would like to do business with them again but don't trust that I will receive my order without having to complain to the bankI only wish there was a way to contact the person behind the websiteI am planning to write to the address on the envelope: W Broward Blvd 309, Plantation, FL I hope I get a response

On October 7, 2018 I ordered two DVDs from Zeus. As of December 24 I have not received
my order. I have e-mailed numerous times but no response. I would like to have my order.
If that is not possible, I would like to get a refund so I can order from another source.

I have ordered 6 dvds on 1st Nov and paid $63 and have not heard from them since in spite of writing 6 emails. My order # was 7183. I do not know if I am going to receive my order.

I bought off Zeus DVD's for the first time on June 15th 2015. I was pleasantly surprised at the low prices and great, hard to find movie selection! It took a bit to get my movie in (about 3 weeks because I live in Canada) but it was totally worth it. I've heard some bad reviews for the site, but I will tell you from my experience... It's a good site. I would probably buy from Zeus DVD's again = ) thanks for the good experience!
