Zeus DVDs

I bought a dvd called sun valley serende 12-7,I sign in as a quest so I did not make up a password,so now I try to get in touch with them but it won't go through because I have no password and now I have no dvd and no way to get in touch with them,the charge went through 12-8 what make this worse I have no information of my idem I will never buy from them again

TERRIBLE. I ordered a dvd from them ("sent out within 2-3 business days"), and after 10 days of no update, sent them an e-mail, telling them that I had intended the dvd as a gift and to please cancel if it had not been shipped yet. Magically, the next day, I receive a notice that "it's in the mail". Well, 2 weeks later and 2 e-mails to them later, I am still waiting. These creeps don't event have the courtesy to get back to you! I am glad that the dvd was inexpensive (though I had to go out to find another present) because I know that I will never get my money back from these is.

I can only give you my story about ZeusDvds.com. My brother has bought a lot of old and rare movies from [redacted]. We watched them together and they were very good clarity DVDs. My brother told me that once it took a long time to get a DVD. He wrote [redacted] who called him and said "It is on its way." It came! I have been looking for the film "[redacted] and [redacted]" which is only on VHS which I own. I have bought from four other sources who like [redacted] probably burn the copies at order time. I took a chance and ordered the film from ZeusDvds. The DVD did not come and I presumed it was either lost in the mail or ZeusDVDs sent a customary email that it had shipped but no tracking number yet. I wrote [redacted] 4 times during the next three weeks with no response. Then I went to the order site where any business can set up a billing system and reported the order lost and that I wanted a replacement. [redacted] was apparently alerted and he sent an email with the sentence: "Here is your tracking number." A replacement order came. Let me tell you. I expected a DVD wrapped between two pieces of cardboard but the DVD came in a good container made of plastic with the ZeusDVDs label on it and the name of [redacted] and [redacted]. Having accessed the video quality of 4 other "company's" transfers from VHS 4:3 aspect ratio, this DVD was by far the best compared to the original VHS. I am not psychic but I believe that ZeusDVDs is a one-man operation where the owner tries very hard to make a great product. I assess that he is so hard at work with loads of DVDs to burn per order that he makes mistakes and neglects to answer emails of customers asking "Where is my stuff." I do not get the impression that the company is a scam!!! I think [redacted] means well and the product speaks for itself, where ever he gets his master DVD's. Every DVD that my brother and I watched sold by ZeusDVD is just great. He did send a replacement when he got around to answering. I am going to write him an email to tell him to straighten out his business side and defend his integrity. My intuition tells me that the owner tries harder than most... Is he swamped and doesn't tend to the order side of his business. I am ultimately a very happy customer. I have been looking for this movie in higher quality for a long time. [redacted] finally delivered it!

I ordered a movie from Zeus that was virtually impossible to find anywhere else. I was hesitant because of all the negative reviews on here & elsewhere, but most of the reviews found issue with the waiting period which is addressed on Zeus' website wherein he states he's a one man operation and orders may take longer than what we've come to expect now-a-days. Anyway, I placed my order 12/18/2016 and received a confirmation email the next day, a "change of status to 'Completed'" notification on 12/20, and a shipping notification on 12/29. I received my purchase on 12/31 and immediately popped it into my MacBook. I am beyond happy with my purchase. The DVD is a burned copy type and not an 'original' (which is what I expected since I ordered what was a made for TV movie that was never released for purchase), but it was excellent quality, especially given how old this movie is/was. I would definitely recommend Zeus (just remember patience is a virtue), and I won't hesitate to make purchases from him in the future.

Don't be fooled. If you file a complaint with your credit card company Zeus may send a small part of your order so that they can then have a shipping number. Your bank will then allow the charge even though you have not received the merchandise.
