Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Zillow continues to list our home on the internet as "OFF MARKET" : Their  response and listing  is incorrect. The home is still on the real estate market and is listed on MLS and by our real estate professionals on their website. Since their listing is incorrect, we demand that they remove their incorrect listing COMPLETELY from the internet. Their listing of our home as "OFF MARKET" is false information and misleading to consumers as potential buyers. Zillow is mis-representing the facts about our home and is therefore compensating the sale of our home. As such, Zillow could be subject to litigation.Sincerely,[redacted]

To Whom It May Concern:[redacted] was charged the $290.00 because per our Premier Agent Lender agreement, if the lender that is co-marketing with the agent does not pay their part of the bill, the agent will be responsible. [redacted] signed this agreement, and therefore is responsible for the $290.00. Below is a link to our terms. Co-marketing is covered in section is 2D.

The property pages that appear on our site are not managed by Zillow directly. We provide tools for homeowners edit the home facts and photos that appear on the site directly. If this homeowner wishes to make any additional changes to the property page in the future, we encourage them to follow...

1. Sign in to their Zillow account. 2. Navigate to the property page.3. Click on the "More" drop down menu and then click on "Claim Your Home."
They'll be taken through a few quick steps to verify that they are the homeowner. Once they've claimed ownership of their home, they can edit/add/remove photos, home facts, etc. However, we have already removed user-added photos and home description from this property page, as requested. To Whom It May Concern,I've researched [redacted]'s account, and it appears that she spoke to John P[redacted], her sales representative on 5/9, after submitting this request. If [redacted] would like to discuss this further, she can contact our cancellations department at [email protected].

They've already asked this question and it has already been answered. [redacted]@live.com. Why am I being asked the same thing multiple times?

Thank you for the follow up email. I was mistaken Adam W[redacted] didn't have a conversation with [redacted]. Adam S[redacted] did and spoke to his supervisor who was handling escalations since Adam W[redacted] was out of the office. I have attached the email correspondence between Adam and [redacted]. I have also asked Adam and/or the billing department to reach out to [redacted] next week to resolve this issue.
