Your company does not communicate with homeownersYour product is misleding With the type of reach you have in the www not having any human interaction is not honest transaction

This company refuses to remove my housing information from their websiteThey display my home value dropping 12% in one day, while my neighbors home value stayed the sameZillow is participating in business practices that violate DOD Ethics, and may be defrauding minorities of their home valueI need A cease and desist for zillow, and request the DOD bar military/civilians from using zillow

My husband and I bought our home approximately years agoFor some reason the pictures of the interior of our home are still located onlineI know our neighbors have sold and bought and their pictures have been removed within a short time of selling/purchasingOur realtor, as well as myself have attempted to outreachWe are forced to leave voice mails which go unansweredHow do we get our photos removed since the home is not for sale? There is a safety concern at this pointThanks

Zillow allows anyone to claim a property as their own to edit specs, in theory this could be beneficial for home owners, except all you need is a name and phone number to do so, no proof of ownership is necessaryWe have had issues with an individual changing specs on our property and putting our house up for rent and sending potential renters over to "tour" our home in the eveningsWe have had to turn away multiple people looking for a home to rent, as this is our primary residenceZillow has been unwilling to help in any way and will just tell us to reclaim the property, except the individual has continued to have access and will change everything backI feel like this is a violation of our privacy and zillow has done very little to help even after we showed proof of ownershipWe have asked for the listing to be taken down completely or at the very least some sort of "lock" on the system that won't allow just anyone who isnt the owner to claim the property without proof of owner

Dear Sir/Madam, I am an active Real Estate agent.Over a year ago I accepted Trulia.com offer to advertise me on their website ( by displaying my contact phone number and email address on my listings) and providing me with a minimum of potential seller's leads a month for the price of $per month. They provided me with personal "liason" person with whom I was able to resolve any issues that may occurEverything was perfect until merger with ZillowZillow does not fulfill their obligations and actually in a breach of the contract1.I am no longer have a "liason" person2.Zillow does not display my contact number on my listingsAs a result , potential buyers call other agents instead of contacting me as a listing agent directly3.During year they constantly fail to provide me with agreed upon leads a monthHere's month by month break down of the provided leads: January - 3; February-4; March- 1; April-2; May-2; June-0; July-That's less than 50% of the leads that th

On multiple occasions I have been presented with information by salespeople at Zillow group which was inaccurate and falseNamely, cost per impressions and advertising space on their websiteWhen realizing what was sold to me vastly and negatively differed from what was presented to me at the time of sale Zillow used a network of employees to mask the circumstances by switching to different topics and offering concessionsHowever, concessions included upping advertising budgets and selling ever changing spaces on their website which is similar to a lotteryIt is best to avoid the bait and switch and frustrationI feel defrauded and will be pursuing legal actionI wanted to keep a public record of these accounts

One year ago I listed my property for sale on zillow.comFour months ago when I attempted to edit and update the information pertaining to property it would not allow me toIt blocks me and tells me that my property is listed by an agentSeveral attempts to get Zillow to correct this has failed because Zillow ignores meI can't get into the account and when I try to change the password it will not allow me toZillow has allowed an agent to take control of my property via there websiteI have asked Zillow via email and on their Facebook page to give me the name of the agent and they have not given it to dateI request password reset via email and I have not gotten a password reset link to date

Zillow has inaccurate information posted about how long our home was previously on the marketIt incorrectly states it was on the market for a month in This is a problem because we have now listed our home and potential buyers wonder why it was on so long in We've contacted twice via email with no response

I have spent two years trying to get this company to correct listings on real estateThe last days I have contacted them at least timesI can not get them to resolve

I signed up with Zillow on November 23, Initially when I spoke with Todd T*** I was going to take a cheaper plan however he informed me if I paid at least $per month I would get not only 10-leads per month but also I would get leads for individuals interested in selling their homesI was interested in taking this route but was still unsure as I am a new realtor and told MrT*** that I could not afford $for months if I was unable to get quality leads leading to a sellMrT*** than informed me that he had several lenders that would be willing to go half if I referred their services to my potential clients whom were interested in buying a homeThis then had me soldI signed the contract and was ready to begin working with ZillowSince my signing I have received to date sellers lead and have not once received the amount of leads promised per monthNot to mention I am receiving leads for rentals and this was something Todd told me I would not receiveI

I have made requests for Zillow to either correct the listed Z-Estimate for my home based on facts provided or to completely remove the Z-Estimate from my property listing given the inaccuracy of the noted value I have had perspective buyers comment that the Z-Estimate clearly shows the home is overpriced Potential buyers take the information on Zillows website is correct and reliable The company hides behind the fine print that it is for reference and their Z-Estimate does not constitute an Appraisal
The Zillow E-Estimate is wrong and they refuse to acknowledge the inaccuracy or make corrections I provided Zillow qualitative data analysis demonstrating they have under valued my home by ~$120K and they say their Z-Estimate is reflective of local market trends I provided a Brokers Opinion of Value Summary and referenced my immediate neighbors Z-Estimates who have very similar homes and they simply say my Z-Estimate is a byproduct of their algorithm
The question

This company uses a computer program to take listings from agents and charge them to pop up next to various other agent's listingIt is an exploitation websiteA pyramid scheme and not as helpful as anyone agent can be*** ZILLOW!

We have contacted Zillow several times via email and through our account regarding an incorrect listing on their websiteThey are advertising a location at *** *** *** *** *** ** *** as available for rent and it IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR RENT! Again, we have tried to update the listing from our account as well as sending several emails to customer service asking them to remove the listingSomeone from Zillow responded to one of our messages over a month ago and said they would remove the listing but they did not and the house is still listed as available to rentWe have tenants in this property that have small children and they are being harassed on almost a daily basis

I created a listing on Zillow to rent my house out I decided I actually did not want to be the landlord so I hired a property manager Zillow does not let me delete a list I created This is counter to every other application out there and makes no sense
I tried to call, and their mailboxes are "full"
I tried the Contact Us form, for two days, and I get not response to my request to delete the listing
They are a horrible company, and I regret using them

I am a local realtor in town and received a very negative review on June 8, from supposedly a former client on ZillowThe review had several blatant inaccuracies and informationI asked Zillow to remove it and they refusedI even sent them documentation to counter the claims, but it didn't matterThey still would not remove the very negative reviewThe person who wrote the review said that I sold them *** ** *** ***I never sold this homeIt was actually sold last by another agent in and has had renters ever sinceThe reviewer (***) claimed that the house was sold in They claim that their home was in the Clear Creek neighborhood, but the address they have listed is located in the Southeast Bloomington City neighborhoodThey claim that other realtors provide contractor contacts, and I didn'tWe have a page handout of contractors that we give to clients whenever they have questions about who to hire during the inspection processI sent a

Zillow has had our home at *** *** *** listed on their website for some time and refuses to answer email responses to take it down The home was purchased in 2015, and is not for sale

I canceled service with Zillow on February 2, They have continued to bill me and I have disputed the charges and the have all been resolvedI canceled my credit card and had another one issuesOn or Around May 26, Zillow tried to bill my closed account $2,and it was returned as account closedZillow manually billed my account and it went to my new credit card

I have been trying to reach someone at Zillow for weeks now and not one response I have properties listed but I have one in particular that the description is not what I want it to say In my "edit" the description is different and is not changing in the "public" view
Being that Zillow is the most popular way of people searching for rental's, it is very important that it displays the accurate info
I simply want to fix the problem

Information on Zillow about my property is incorrect and Zillow is not fixing it Zillow’s market appreciation rate, according to their site is “based on the last sale at fair market value and does not consider foreclosures” For my property, however, they are basing the market appreciation on a recent foreclosure sale This is having a drastic impact to my property and is causing potential buyers to go away I have called and e-mailed Zillow numerous times with no response

Worst company out there! No contact number listed on their page I am still waiting for a reply to an email I sent from days agoThe second email I sent yesterday doesn't even show up on my account as sentHad a potential renter apply on their site and they are demanding my social security number to look at the background and credit check that the potential renters filled out for meThere was no mention of me having to give out my social security number to access this information on their siteZero transparency for this company
