Jeff from this company replied to me in the most unprofessional way I ever seen. Professionals should not ever take things personal. I had advice him I went with soneone else and thanked him for the time he had taken. He replied: “Makes me wonder why you wasted my time and resources if you had already planned on using your local person’”. I decided to use the local lender after the fact and he assumed in a very personal manner that I pre-planned this and “wasted” his time and resources. WOW. Beware people

Mike *** is the very best loan officer there is he truly tries he best to get to know you and establish a friendship with you so he can do the best job he can for you and your family. He is very patient if you're not ready to buy house. He will wait on you until you are truly ready to find that house that is your dream. He will not Hound you he will only contact you whenever you tell him to contact you again if you have to get your credit score up or whatever the case may be. I was truly thankful that he allowed me to take the time that I needed and he even called to check on me when I had to have surgery. This he did not have to do he seemed more like a friend I will always go back to him if I ever decide to buy another home I truly truly recommend going through mortgage lenders of America. We could not have had a better experience when working with Shelley on our refi. She always kept our best interest at heart when we were exploring options. We discussed MANY options with her and even changed our loan terms VERY late in the game and she didn't bat an eyelash! We ended up getting the best deal available to us on a 15 yr. fixed rate loan and had the whole thing done in less than a month!!

We started this process trying to see if we are even able to consider buying a home, after years of having to rent. Even though our loan officer, Don, was told we probably wouldn't start being able to look until a year down the road- he went the extra mile to help us out and keep the ball rolling. We have now closed on our home and I attribute much of the success to our loan officer working with us and caring. Outstanding job! He was professional, fast and thorough.
