The quality and price of the product installed in (water heater) was goodThe service of installation was good, on time, and several were done in our town house complex Two things happened that were less than ideal 1/ the power went out when a breaker blew during installation, requiring an electrician 2/ there is a knick in the hardwood floor next to the water heater room door- noticed after the installation Both these things were annoyances, but the heater is performimg well
The rep showed up 1/hour late and then could not find our address and called hereaddress is clearly marked on the houseBeyond that he worked quickly and efficiently and installed our new toilets in less time than estimatedWe are happy with the service

the project was never finished, Mr Handyman was unable to fix the wall due to lack of experience on their technicians part So both parties agreed to disagree and part ways at no cost to customer or company for the new issues that were created with the wall from Mr Handyman 's technicians
Plumber came to my house, as I had water in basementHe investigated, then told me I must have spilled something, or, someone peed in that cornercalled another PlumberNext Plumber investigated and found a small leak in my main pipe to my houseIf I had listened to the first plumber I would be in big trouble
I even called him back(phone call recorded) and said it was still leakingHe did not offer to come back and check, blew me off
My wife and I had to have a new drain put in for our downstairs kitchen sink This involved digging up over feet of the cement floor to get the proper slope and hooking into the main outflow pipe The Drain Pro men were very pleasant and explained the process to us We were most impressed by the efforts made to keep the dust down and cleaning up while they proceeded as well as when they finished They worked efficiently and quickly to get a big job done and done well
