Very prompt service. They came within a couple of hours. Job was completed quickly and they offered advice on how to prevent the problem in the future.
There was no foreman or anyone in charge of our job. One worker I could hear complaining loudly that they were only sent to our job because other employers did not have shovels. They tried to cut corners more than once and would have if we didn't call the owner and inform him. The clean up crew at the end were young men and they did a great job and worked hard.
Wouldn't use this company again!

I was impressed that he offered to look at any other plumbing issues that I might have as I was paying for a one hour call. He did a great job and was very pleasant.
The problem was a leak in the water-line on my side of the meter. The repair was quick, neat, and reasonable, in view of the equipment required. I'm very satisfied.
The quality and price of the product installed in 2015 (water heater) was good. The service of installation was good, on time, and several were done in our town house complex.
Two things happened that were less than ideal
1/ the power went out when a breaker blew during installation, requiring an electrician.
2/ there is a knick in the hardwood floor next to the water heater room door- noticed after the installation.
Both these things were annoyances, but the heater is performimg well.
